The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course because of stitching classes we have to suffer difficulties for examination because of the time bet6the sessional and final is only 1 month

Internships Opportunities

As I have taken education as my major subject the faculties provided the practical classes to me to teach in the schools which is very good for me as it will give me very good manner and experience and knowledge about it

Fees and Financial Aid

In 1st semester I paid 7200 for the hole year and the bachtmates paid 0 because of income certificate i didn't have any income certificate with me the registration fees is for 1800 which includes practical fee also

Campus Life

No I didn't experienced with campus life in the college they provide various various trees plants which I really liked so much there is a student portal which is very good which shows the attendence percentage will the classes will be or not

Admission

No I didn't get any rejection from any of the college I have applied in handiqe girls college pandu college b boruah college and guwahati university i choosed because of the pandu college os near to my home

Faculty

I like mrs darshana from education department because she is very sweet and humble with everyone there are two examinations in one semester sessional and final the sessional exams are fine easy but for finals we need to study hard

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

My experience of the College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teachers should be cut slack to maintain their mental health. They are not provided enough rest. The exam schedule are not at all managed properly. It is quite hectic and students fail to cope up with it

I applied to many colleges but i have no idea of the rejections maybe due to high cutoff for my course.
