The Professors and the lecturers were so helpful.
College premises & environment was also quite good.

Dislikes

The canteen facilities was not available.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are some points those were very helpful in over course curriculum like summer internship as well as In Plant Intership as the Final Semester rather than a project work. Just one thing to change is too add some more practical aspects in curriculum.

Placement Experience

There were quite good Placements in our Department but as the Major core branch companies were so less. Other local companies came for hiring rather than major chemical Companies. But overall Placement was average.

Fees and Financial Aid

The One Semester fees pf the college was just 1500? and hostel fees per semester was just 500?. Even the fee structure was same for all the catagories' students. We got scholarship ?18000 as a hosteler per year.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure was very good. We had a good facilities of Classrooms, laboratories and Equipments accessibility. And we had very good social network in the college campus had a social events and functions.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility were average as there were some problems and always the issues with the water supply. But the food facilities like mesh was quite good. The accommodation living room were also good we were living in 3 sharing rooms.

Hostel Fee: INR 1000 per year

Admission

The addmission process was based on the merits scores. That was quite simple and easy The college was easily accessible to the other cities and to Transportation. And it was NBA cirtified college so I choose to take addmission there.

Faculty

The facilities were quite enough for the subjects and very helpful to students at any time. Exam structure was also provide by them earlier so we can prepare well & score well. There were mid sem exams Practical viva and End semester theory exam.

Night Life

There were very less nightlife around the college campus as it was near the river bank. But we had all the facilities like gym, library and food canteen near the college. Hostel was also quite near in a walking distance to the college.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

balanced with learning and challenges

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.
