Course Curriculum Overview

4

1. I like the course because knowing what is going around the world and how the political system works is very fascinating. It does teaches you how structured is our society. 2. Obviously we do have a good amount of theoritical knowledge but it lacks practical knowledge. 3. Teachers should be more interactive and shouldn't just read out the ppt and not explaining the course properly.

Internships Opportunities

3

Till now only max security have come for internship opportunity and more are yet to come. I have done one internship in my last sem provided by my college that did not provided stipend but internship certificate.

Placement Experience

2

Our course does not provide any direct placements. As a private college there is not much initiative from the management. A few seminars are held but these do not guarantee any placements. Students are asked to search for internships and employment opportunities on their own

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee structure:- 3,05, 000 The admission fee for first sem :- 89500 Second sem :- 69500 Third sem :- 73000 Fourth sem :- 73000 This is the fee structure for my course ( MA) international relations.

Campus Life

3

The overall experience is not bad as it did help me to overcome my public speaking anxiety. There are my committee and clubs where you can take part. And they have a big library facilities where students can study and all range books and pdf are provided by the faculty

Admission

I did applied for my masters in DU but didn't got it and didn't wanted a gap year so I applied for amity university. And the criteria for applying in amity is to fill the form and submit 2 or 3 videos which they asked and based on that students are selected

Faculty

4

1. The faculty- to- student ratio is 1:12. The faculty is not very cooperative and sometimes fails to understand student's option 2. I think the MBA and Law faculties gets better placement opportunities. 3. I think my facilities needs to improve student teacher understanding. Few of the times they don't consider our values and does what they feel like. 4. We have one exam for each semester and then we have viva and internal tests for each semester. The level of difficulty is medium. If you properly studied the course you will be able to answer the questions.

Night Life

3

There is campus gym, library and food court in the college. And if a hostel student wants to take a day out pass then he/she have to report to warden for permission and the reporting time to be back is 9pm. The most hangout place near our college is gardens galleria.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I wanted to become an English Professor, the course really helped me a lot in getting an insight into English Literature. The professors are very encouraging. The curriculum not only relies on the traditional method of teaching but also various co curricular activities are conducted to prepare the students for the real world. Each student is given an opportunity to prove herself. As the exams are conducted annually we get a lot of time to prepare accordingly.

Economics is a very good and a very interesting subject. The curriculum over here focuses from basic to advance level . It starts its syllabus from basic micro and cover almost every field of economics. The curriculum try to give application in real world by adding dissertations, field surveys in syllabus. There are 4 semester in master and in every semester there is an end semester exam (that is of 70) and mid semester exam (that is of 30 marks) . The exam is mostly moderate .
