Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is well structured and interesting. It changes every semester. There are 6 semesters in total. Two for every year ie FY 2 sems, SY 2 sems, and TY 2 sems with the option to choose between journalism and advertising in TY. A lot of interesting topics are covered and assignments are fun to do.

Internships Opportunities

4

Various marketing internships and advertising opportunities are provided to students of BAMMC. Packages range between 5000 to 50000 depending on work period and position offered to intern for. Tasks are simple and accomplishable.

Placement Experience

4

Since i am in FY, placements arent that known to me. We do have a placement cell that provides countless opportunities with internships and part time jobs. Placements begin from TY, and FY as well as SY students can opt for internships.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is pretty simple - yearly fees for BAMMC course is 30k which is very affordable. There are scholarship opportunities and various financial aids fpr ex - book bank for families whose income ranges below 2 lakh and more.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is extravagant with different groups of people and different interactions. The college fest SIESONS leads the way with departmental fests CLOUD, ADVAITA, SHARPSHOOTERS and FRAMES behind. There are numerous clubs run by students which provide certificates after volunteering and leading.

Admission

I chose this college because of its campus and student life. Its very down to earth and progressive. Its nearby and easy to travel to as well. The admission process was simple. Submission of documents took place, followed by payment of fees leading to confirmation of admission. College provides seperate helpful facilities for late admission as well.

Faculty

4

Faculty is very insightful and helpful. They are there to fix all and any doubts or problems. Although they have a very busy schedule and sometimes lectures are postponed or delayed, they make up for it with interactive sessions with discussions. Exams are comparatively easy if one studies accordingly. One must be updated with current affairs and newspapers to enroll in the BAMMC course.

Night Life

4

College is equipped with extensive library with reference books for all courses. Gymkhana is stacked with games both indoor and outdoor. Lot of restaursnts nearby and canteen is the most popular area in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course. It helped me in my personality building and also I learned new things like- Video and photo editing, handling cameras, communication skills, Acting, Advertisement writing and shooting, and many more. Class strength is good as they allow 25-30 students for one course. Faculties were too supportive and masters of their own fields. They take 2 internals and 1 final exam at the end of the semester which is of 6 months.

Form third year students become eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies like times of India hindustan times visited our college and got various students selected based on their caliber. The average package here is a around 5-10 Lakh per annum. Only those students who are talented enough for any post get selected for particular job. I'm planning to do a internship in popular media House.
