I like the culture of college where senior have to be wished and they give us treat

The main entrance gate is small and while
The mmess food is. Not good and and professors are not taking personal attention

Course Curriculum Overview

I think the course curriculum is getting Upadated like always.its getting renewed and new subjects are getting added But the way of teaching is so old style that it gets boring It must be interesting and satisfied

The companies usually come in college at 3rd year. They provide lots of information to people about college and try to appoint We have to be perfect in speaking and problem solving skills to enhance our competition

Placement Experience

The student with cg more than 8 gets eligible for package and companies come and give them package . Cs and mnc has approx 100 percent of placement but also some lower branch are having less ratio of placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The detailed fees structure for sc students is like we don't have to pay for tution fees. Tution fees is zero.then we have to pay for our hostels and mess 28thousand per semester. In a year you have 2 semesters

Campus Life

The college has asias 2 nd largest technical Library . It has all books and whatever is need is available. There are lot of clubs through which you can participate in different games and activities for you

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are small in 1st year but in 2nd year it's best Food quality is not that good but yeah it's better. The fees they take for hostel and mess is 28000. The hostel and mess are in same building and College registration is so easy

Admission

Look I scored not well in jee advanced but I wanted IIT. Iit ism Dhanbad was earlier a ism and had great scope in mining engineering so I choosed it so that I get iit tag and also money and package for me

Faculty

Faculty and students are not approachable, relationship is not that good. The message food and study environment I didn't liked The college atmosphere is good but students are not involved in lot of activities

Night Life

In my college everything is available inside the college only Food shops, barber cycles store everything is there . Gym also is there , also we love to be self esteem and envolve with people to support ngo for social benifits

Name of the company I forgot but nvidia amazon comes each year and take some students Paypal offered 4 students 28 lpa and Swiggy gave 2 students 35 lpa Nvidia gave 2 students 25 lpa Highest package data is not out as of now Avg is good this year I guess it's was 12-13 lpa Percentage is I guess reality 60/150

Raw and real side of NIT JSR

Placement Experience:

One of the major advantage of my college is it's placement percentage and average package. For my branch placement percentage is our 80% and average package of my branch is 16.5 lpa this year. Highest package last year was of 1.44 crore from a company rubirik. I plan to work in a semiconductor manufacturing company like Texas instruments and qualcomm.

I will rate the course curriculum decent because it cover the basic engineering concepts that made me choose this course and it prepare us okay for real-world or higher study, but still more practical work and updated teaching method needed, and exams come mostly every semester with some internals which are moderate tough but manageable with regular study. There are some teachers who teach very well and have good teaching methods.

A Real Student Experience at DEC

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is okay and the basics are covered well, which is one reason I choose this branch, but some subjects feel outdated and not fully connected to real industry work. It prepare us for further studies more than practical jobs. Exams come every semester with internals in between, difficulty is moderate but few papers become tricky. I think more practical topics, updated labs and better teaching methods will make the curriculum more useful...

A Comprehensive Journey

Placement Experience:

One of my colleges best features is its placements program, which offers fantastic chances for students to launch their carrers. In the fifth and sixth semesters, students are prepared with aptitude training sessions, group discussions, and resume construction. About 85% of qualified pupils were placed during the previoes school year. Compared to core engieering fields, placements rates were marginally higher in IT branches.

All You need to know about IIT(ISM) Dhanbad

As this is an IIT, To get admission here Firstly You have to take the JEE mains exam. At our time there used to be 4 rounds of the JEE Mains exam and Your maximum percentile among all 4 would be considered for a cutoff It was around 90% and to be eligible for give JEE advance Exam. The JEE advance exam happened in July, and its results were also released in August. After Qualifying JEE Advanced exam too you have to go through JOSSA counselling. In JOSSA counselling you have to give your list of colleges priority wise and you will be allotted college based on your AIR. After JOSSA counseling of 6 rounds, you will be allotted a college and then you will receive an offer letter from a college. For me, at IIT Dhanbad after taking admission firstly we were introduced to college through an orientation session with our respected director.
