Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum was as same as ancient,from last 10 years the same syllabus,teaching wise not upto the mark,they were just like finished the syllabus required for exams.in labs aslo not fully practical,just for records required topics they used to cover

Fees and Financial Aid

In govt first grade college, yelahanka,the fee was 5000 per year,and sem exam fee was seperate.now I think fee has been increased. beacuse I was in 2016 batch.in 2019 I have completed my graduation.and also in the final year I have applied for government hostel which was located near by to college,on the same I got scholarship around 2500rs.

Campus Life

College environment was good enough for the students,because there was lot of trees and on each tree has their own scientific name labelled. library also good, every day I used to library to read newspapers.

Admission

I was just passed my 2nd year of puc , so I was in confusion which I should choose,I got selected for civil engineering through CET ,but I don't want to go for civil so that,I had to choose normal degree,so choosed this college

Faculty

Faculty was good,they were always there for Students problems to resolve,and very supportive to participate in cultural activities and other sports events but canteen food was not upto the mark.but affordable it was.

Interview Experience

Tests were given every month after covering the some topics,and just syllubus wise the used to give knowledge, not practically.group discussion were not taken actually,we didn't know the actual syllabus at that time

Night Life

My govt first grade college has no gym fecilities and all, cafeteria was also not there,only small canteen was there where I often go and eat sometime.when I was in hostel heygin wise good,but food was not good as same as in all govt hostels.

Our curriculum includes syllabus in regard to that of National Education Policy scheme where in we have 2 core subjects. I chose biotechnology and genetics since it something I really look forward to pursue as my career in the field. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements right after completing their B.Math(Hons) degree, i.e after their 6th semester. Companies like Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Wipro, and other Multinational Companies visit and every student gets an offer from one company or the other. The package ranges from 10LPA to 25LPA. Those students who opt for placement after their B.Math(Hons) course is over, all get a placement offer while most of the students prefer to continue their Master's Degree. I too would like to complete my Master's Degree after my bachelor and think about further options thereafter.
