Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is moderately comprehensive, with relevant topics like programming and data structures. Its practical focus influenced my choice. It Teaching methods should include more interactive sessions
Internships Opportunities
Current I'm giving finals of 1st semester, intership opportunities are not for us. These opportunities are unlocked at 5th semester in final year and in 3rd or 4th semester also in exceptional case...!!
Placement Experience
Campus placement are very good in CGC Jhanjeri, Recently more than 500 students from engineering branch get placed at good package. This time highest package is 40LPA+. From 5th semester students become eligible for placement
Fees and Financial Aid
CGC Jhanjeri charges approx Rs1,00,000 per year for BCA program including tuition, development, and lab fees, Rs43,500 for first Semester and then 42,500 from next semester onwards. CGC Jhanjeri has JOSH scholarship which give relaxation in fees from 15000rs per sem . Fees may decrease slightly yearlybfor future batches.
Campus Life
My overall experience is very good. As an NCC cadet of naval wing, i enjoyed a lot in college. We'll NCC cadet of 1st, 2nd 3rd year gathered and then practice drill and having ragda( which give pain but more fun). Out PI staff comes to teach us theory lecture of navy . In our college a freshers party is organised for freshly arrived students, then tech fest and many more. Many celebrities often came to our college for visit or promotion. Abaz khan, Parmish Verma, Elvish yadav, ankit Tiwari and many more. This campus have huge variety of books that we can refer. But one thing is missing i.e books for government exams are not there, being an defence aspirant if there books are available in college this would help students alot. But it's is not responsibilty of college to provide them.
Admission
Main reason is campus placement, the other colleges i applied have 30-40 companies which averagely comes for campus placement, but in CGC Jhanjeri , there are minimum to minimum 150 companie's interview has been scheduled in campus placement
Faculty
Mostly the faculty members are very good but rest are some egoistic and show very rudely nature. As I studied in BCA, I have 5 theory subject 4 practical subject and 1 additional practical subject as regard of personality development. In single semester college takes 2 mid semester examination one internal viva then End semester examination. Marking scheme is Good. I think there are 30-35 teachers in Computer application program who handel almost 300+ students of bca and other courses under computer applications. Facilities are approachable for a being. Mid semester examination are easy as compared to end semester examination because we don't have to worry about no. Of pages written in Mid semester examination but it is critical though in final end semester examination.
Night Life
I am a day scholar student but as I listened from hostelers, gates of hostels are closed after 8, so students are only allowed to roam in campus before 8 and during college's offical event. Gym is already there in college's hostel, in boys hostel and as well as girls hostel
