Likes

The hostel is very good and having good facilities
The library is also good having lots of books
Our department having all necessary things in the lab especially

Dislikes

Canteen food is not good and also expensive
The campus ground is too small can't even play cricket properly
No badminton indoor court no table tennis nothing

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is not that much satisfying it should include more practical based subjects and the method of teaching also not that much satisfying it should include ppt having videos of the specific area of work etc

We can do internship in our college itself our college provide internship on different topics by calling resource persons for each topics and all and they tie up with other institutions to provide internship for us

Placement Experience

Yes the placement of the college is decent and i already got one offer and I'm willing to Join the company also but the offers are not that much satisfying but it's ok for the fresher's and last year 100% placement is done in our mechanical branch

Fees and Financial Aid

For mechanical Engineering Branch the Yearly fees would be 90000rs it was when i joined It's now 110000rs and for 4 year it remains same how much we paid in the start that inly we have to pay till the end

Campus Life

The campus life was not that much good but ok i got good friends and also i can enjoy with them after the graduation and I'm willing to do job and one of my friend also got into the same company so I'm happy with that

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very good compared to nearby hostels but the food is not that much good and their is no games to play inside the hostel but their is separate study room and each room having 3 beds and separate washroom

Hostel Fee: INR 77000 per year

Admission

I joined this college because of the name and fame they got in the sector of medical especially and i applied for st Joseph engineering college Mangaluru but the cutoff was too high and i didn't make it there.

Faculty

The faculty members most of them are cool and supportive and our branch HOD Dr Rajesh Rai Sir is strict and not that much friendly towards us and the Course having tight schedules and marking scheme is 50:50 50 internal marks and 50 external marks

Interview Experience

No there were no GD round or Interview for the admission no written test also only previous class marks and CET rank based selection and for management quota there is nothing as selection process simple joining for the required branch

Night Life

As I'm staying in the hostel and our hostel in the campus itself so we can go for walk in the night and also we enjoy a lot by playing around the college and we can go to the gym at the night so we are pretty enjoying the night life here

Placement Experience:

campus placements in the collage usually start during the final year, and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester depending on their academic performance and eligibility criteria set by companies . The placement cell in the collage helps students by organizing placements drives, aptitude training, and career guidance sessions. varies companies visit the campus every year mainly from IT, Service, and some core engineering sectors. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and other mid-level organizations have visited for recruitment in previous years . the average package offered to students is usually around 4LPA to 10LPA depending on the company and job role, while the highest package may very each year based on the recruiting companies . A reasonable percentage of students secure placements through campus recuitment, while some studies or look for opportunities outside campus placements. after completing the degree, my plan is to build strong techical skills and pursue opportunities in the core engineering.

My life in RNSIT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 4th year as placement training occurs in 3rd year(6th semester). There are multiple companies like Infosys, Oracle, ABC, HP, Adobe and many other companies that visit our college for placements. The highest package was 56 LPA and the placement percentage is about 80 to 95% so there is a strong chance of placement in RNSIT.

A good college for your development

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are pretty good with the average package being around 10 lakhs. Our college provides comprehensive training to prepare us for placments by conducting training over 2 months for both technical rounds as well as non-technical aptitude rounds. Mock interviews are conducted in order to prepare us for the real interviews.

Remarks:

instead of providing knowledge from books. College should give some time for students to work for the companys through online so they can get exact idea about the roles of engineers in their careers, and also they'll become professional I'm short time after completing their BE.
