- Engaging classes we have to be in 9 to 4 classes no free classes so very busy schedule.
- Organises different programs and international conference that is very helpful
- Different groups are there for different kind of projects and also different research labs are present some are also government funded
Dislikes
- The campus is too small, no space to even sit during lunch period
- Less funding to programms making it boring , also no proper labs are there some labs lacks improvement needed to be work on it
- Teachers should be more good..some are just existing not even bother to teach you uust come and go
Course Curriculum Overview
Msc include dessertation which is good it also include various subjects that u have not studied in my bachelors period. We here are teached with theory base and practical knowledge which make us perfect for industrial area. It needed to be added more practicals in it for subject such as genetics molecular biology. 1st and 2nd internal are nearby with easy papers, external exam is a bit hard compared to them as it has all the syllabus of subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Various interships are offered here in different labs including different topics which you can easily see just by visiting all the teachers are very dedicated towards the internship students . students from outside also join here for internship
Placement Experience
Placements are there but students are more and job opportunities are very low.thus there is very low chances of getting placed through camous selection. Companies do visit here . Average packagede is around 4 lakh .
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees in 1.4 lakh along with registration fees 21k and also you have to pay examination fees almost 9k per semester in 4 semester, there are scholarship available in rhe college. All categories have same fees.
Campus Life
Clubs are there different kind of informational clubs which you can join.also students council members is so a thing here . Over-all its good . There is a conference that i attended here in dpu it was an international conference that is ICAAB 2025 very great . Along with it freshers, farewell etc are also celebrated here . There is also different type of parties that Student here organises in clubsa nd all unofficial ones on very months. Sports team is also there teams are available for football cricket etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel tooms are good spacious and good beds and all for girls specifically.there are two histel one new building and one old one .new building is like hotel u live in very beautiful and classy with beds including kitchen space .but food here is worst here we have to always order from outside.
Admission
I personally wanted to join government college but because of my low marks in entrance exams i was not able to and i have seen online dpu as one of the best colleges in private category so i applied here as the fees was also kinda low than symbiosis and others
Faculty
The faculty is good some are very brilliant teachers but some are worst overall balance is there.few teachers are very good one i have meet is Dr. Satish Shashi Kumar he is very good at teaching genetics one of the best teacher i have meet in my life. The course structure for msc biotech include 4 semester with 3 semester classes and last 4th sem to be dessertation period. The exam pattern here is 2 internal exams and 1 end sem external exam. The difficulty in moderate of all this examination internal exams are very easy thou
Night Life
Gym cafeteria library is available but gym is for only girls in hostel and for boys its only for mba bba and pgdm boys . Cafeteria is here good food very good price seating i svery messy but still good then mess No hangout places as the campus is too samll to even roam around.
