My college life

The course curriculum is well designed for diffrent branches but some courses are irrelevant which doesnt suits the purpose of real world problem . The course can be designed for more ai relevent.the difficulty of exam is good as they are iit professional

The intership and placement opportunities are very good. Many companies visit campus for hiring and placement like google microsoft bcg for placing student with good oppotunities .The placement companies offer great to student sitting

The campus placement of iit guwahati is very good .from 7th semester student get campus placement . Many companies visited the campus and offerd student with high package. Avaerage packege of case is around 35 lakh and vaerage is around 3 crore.

The fee paid a year for sem 1 and 2 combined is about 2.6 lakhs which include tution fees of 1 lakh and other courses. There is a fee waiver of 2/3rd of tution fee for student with annual income less than 5 lakh and full tution fee waver for economically poor. There are many scholarship detail privided by college foe economically poor student

There is a tech fest name techniche and cultural fest alcheringa which is the biggest fest. There is also entrepreneurs summit name udgam. Libray is quite big with most of the journal and book of the courses. The classrom ar eequipped with projectors . The sport facilty is good with all sports facility.

Hostel is equipped with a library stationary canteen sports facilities tv room. The mess quality is quite good and menu also have diverse foood. Hostel is affordable and is alloted after admission proc

According to my jee advance scorecard i applied to all iit in jossa counselling and i got iit guwahati. The course chemical engineering which is good. I also got iit bhu and other with good braches but i chose iit guwahati as it is top 10 iit

The faculty to student ratio is very good. Some faculty are very good who are wasily approchable and friendly but some not also. There are two quizzes and a mid semenster examination and end semster exam for each semester. Around all student cleared the courses. The course curriculum is very good

Thee is central gym which is big with all equipmnet . Hostel timing is not reatricted but before 10 :00 pm u shold be inside college. There are many special places in the campus where u can hangout and chill
