Likes
- I found few friends which isn't what the college provided but what i found myself
- The lawn has beautiful flowers that are well mainatined
- Outside the college are shops to get something to eat
Dislikes
- The college lacks classrooms and Pg department doesn't exist
- The college is never cleaned, not that i have seen. It has spider webs all over the walls and insects, rats all over the place.
- The faculty doesn't have teaching skills and is non serious. They don't come to class
Course Curriculum Overview
I like zoology. Studying the anatomy and physiology of humans has been the most interesting part that i wanted to explore in this field. But this course has just disappointed me as they only repeat subjects related to fishes and invertebrates. The teachers don't trach anything except for 1-2 topics that too in a non serious way. Even we can teach better than them.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fee is ?15000 for two semesters, irrespective of how much time it will take, that is, exceeds one year. Registration fee etc ranges from rs 100-500 I lack the knowledge about course fee of other categories.
Campus Life
No festivals take place in the college and even if therw are any clubs than do some activities, we the science students are not given any such information as we aren't considered a part of the akilled and talented group who can make time for such activities.
Admission
I didn't apply to any other colleges as this is the nearest college in my surroundings and it was an my only option. College selects students based on cuet points and there college preference. Then merit list is uploaded on the website and selected students fill the admission form.
Faculty
There are 7 teachers with 2 of them being contractual. These are same for UG and PG. I don't like any teacher as all are non serious and lack teaching skills. All of them have some kind of trauma that they put on the shoulders of their students. Our dept is so lazy they only know how to conduct exams and put a child under constant pressure. We have exams frequently covering the syllabus we haven't even touched.
Night Life
No gym is present. Cafeteria is unhygienic with poor seating arrangement and also it has poor ventilation therefore all smoke accumulates in the cafeteria. We like to roam in the lawn in the free time but it is also restricted sometimes. Library is good but not well taken care of
