Course Curriculum Overview

In my college curriculum was the only thing you need to study as the college was an autonomous body . The curriculum only cover the thing althat are relevent to coure . It doesn't include any information that is useless to the student

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship was given to us during the 4 semister of the college to get the experience of how to companies work . We can choose the company that we wanted to Internship in . The Internship duration was from 3-5 week during holidays

Placement Experience

Placements were great form the college every major company in pune would come in the college every 6 semester to take interview of the student who are interested and the packages were from 3lak to 4.5 lak annual

Fees and Financial Aid

8499 yearly for open and 4000 for OBC its veru offadable and scholarship gives 3000 discount for the people who have higher percentage then 75% and the admission fee is around 9500 for open and 5000 for OBC

Campus Life

It was great i had a lot of fun and were friends with everyone in the class and from students from other department. The strees for completions was very hight at he end of the sem as sone teacher wold give project and assignments very late

Admission

I have applied for this college because it is an government college which my father has also attended. I got in the college as it was my first choice. As my father is also an engineer it will be easy to follow his foot step

Faculty

Faculties are not approachable and are least intrested in helping the student in need I liked ravi sir as he does not put too much pressure on the student to submit assignment during the final submition

Night Life

Cafeteria was open till 7 pm and opened in the morning around 8 am . Libarary would open only on Monday and Wednesday/Firday for third year student . Boys hostel was inside the college area and girls hostel was outside the campus

I was very curious to know about machine how it works and how they are made by a factory which is why I have chosen Mechanical engineering field. if it is about faculty ratio there was 1 teacher on 50 students including DIPLOMA, BE, MBA and ME. All the faculties were highly qualified all had master's degrees in their hand but there was a lack of teaching skills some faculties have knowledge but they do not know how to transfer knowledge in a simple way to students. in my opinion many there was a semester exam every six months and they used to be very strict with students at the time of the exam they did not give any freedom to students in the examination hall. about passing percentage, only 60% of students passed with all clear without any backlog.

I had applied for GPP as 1st preference but got it in second round. I got admission opportunity in AISSMS polytechnic college in the 1st round but it was expensive even after caste reservation. It was also not an autonomous college. So, i waited for 2nd round and got it. The admission process of my college was simple and nothing went confusing. Most of the students who get admission in my college have Caste and there is a high reservation for caste and students with disabilities or orphans. So, the change a student from general caste is very less and will need a high percentage for admission. The cutoff for OBC was 92%.And for general is 96 %. SC/ST students can get addmission even at 85%.Which is not completely fair but that's the rules. It was a good overall experience....Read More
