Course Curriculum Overview

Bsc Hons is really good course . theoretical and practical knowledge esp in physics and statistics is really adequate..and you get experienced faculty who focus on clearing concepts and make you feel study easier..!!

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 2200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is quite low..it's only approx 2200 for a year and many students get central or state level scholarships esp for backward classes or economically weaker students. For the standards and the teaching level that you get I think this fees is very very minimal

Campus Life

You get so many sports events..cultural events.. induction programmea..and esp the best part is freshers and farewells..that is organised by the students themselves but really if you have a good friend circle then you'll enjoy

Admission

I hv got admission in DU north campus college but my hometown is in varanasi and bhu has its renowned standard of education and quality..and the banarasi mahaul and educational environment keeps you focused on your career

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is normal.. Like a faculty handles aprrox 200 students in a class.. But students keenly learn and focus on lecture there is really nice environment to study and grow.. Exams are all upto the notes of teachers and pdf..!!!

Night Life

There's gym where you can go for workout at fixed timings.. there's cafe and many small tea shops where you can enjoy banarasi chai..and bread pakora..and there's is vishwanath temple inside the campus so there's so spiritual environment

I would rate the b sc mathematics course curriculum as good in terms of relevance. It covers all the important foundation topics such as algebra , calculus real and complex analysis and differential equations , which are essential for higher studies and competitive exams . The curriculum also include applied subjects like statistics and compute applications which add to its real world relevance .

I would rate the course curriculum 10/10. I choose this course because a bsc degree gives you too many opportunities to do specialization in any field like zoology botany chemistry. Many BSc students choose to pursue further study, which can lead to a more specialized job with better salary, success. Bsc biology prepares you for Research and development: You can work in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, education. You might work as a research assistant, research technician, or clinical researcher. Education: You can teach biology at a university or work in postsecondary education. The improvements required in the course curriculum and teachings methods are : To focus more on helping the student understand the theory well rather than giving them a big practical file to make . The frequency and timings of exams are perfect. Odd sem are held in November,they are theory papers and are of 3 hours .The even semester exams are held in May and are MCQ based questions and are of 1.5 hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I can say the best thing about their pattern of examination is that there is 50 mark mcq question paper and then 50 nark subjective question paper which prepare students for most of the competitive exams they have to face for their higher education. Difficulty level of the examination is moderate. If one can listen to the lectures of the teachers they can easily qualify competitive exams.

An overview of Banaras Hindu University

Banaras Hindu University has some problems like slow paper work, old building in some parts and things taking time to get fixed but still there something special about it. The campuses big and peaceful and you meet student from all over India which makes the experience interesting .Even though the system isn't perfect like a BHU teachers you a lot not just from book but from people and moments. There are fests,group studies, late night chai and walk under the tree that you will remember for long time. I just applied for BHU and not any other colleges because of BHU legacy and good name.
