Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum was clearly defined with all the compulsory courses for the respective disciplines. It was also told about how one can do extra courses from other disciplines and how one can switch disciplines if wanted to. The frequency of exams are well spaced and enough perparation time given and materials are given. The library contains of all the materials that is taught or if not the faculty send E-Copy of the book or other PPTs or PDFs for preparation.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many many oppurtuinities come up in college for internship. Companies like Dell, Fidelity, Microsoft, Marvell and many such companies come up with internships. The college also provides internship on its own using their Career Development department. The faculties help and guide the students with writing and publishing research papers. Some faculties also provide with internship oppurtunities.

Placement Experience

4

Our college boasts 100% placement (Which generally means TCS or CTS). Many super dream companies like google, amazon, Dell, Fidelity and many more companies in many different fields and disciplines visit for placements. The highest package goes as high as a crore per year and the average package is around 6 lakh per year. My plan after the degree is to pursure higher studies in MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Tuition Fees per year - 3,04,000 The Bus Fees per year - 43,750(Non AC) or 63,750(AC) No extra compulsory charges. Hostel Fees - 1,54,200 for AC (or) 1,04,200 for Non AC Mess Charges - 78,800 (Veg) or 87,900 (Non Veg) In case of arrear - 6000 per course.

Campus Life

5

The campus with ripe with oppurtnities. We have to cultural fests. Around September our techincal fest called TechnoVIT is held which involves all technical activities like drones and robots and cars. Around march we have the main cultural fest called Vibrance. Full of vibrant emotions and fun many celebrities are called upon as guest and many events conducted on this 4 day festival. There are about 150+ clubs in the campus which provide students with endless extra curricular and sport activities and develops other virtues like public speaking and event management and leadership.

Admission

The admission process started with writing the entrance exam VITEEE. The exam was objective on Physics,Chemistry and Math. After the exam the ranks were out and we had to choose the course and campus of our preference and the better rank got higher priority. I did not get the course i wanted in any other college and i got it in here.

Faculty

4

All the faculties are Phd completed. Few associate professors and lab assistant are PhD scholars pursuing their thesis. Almost all faculties are very approachable with a friendly approach towards teaching. Many faculties motivate and guide students in research and make students publish research papers and articles to enhance the resume. There is 2 internal exams one of which is open book exam. And there is 1 Final semester exam. The exams are varied in difficulties to test the strength of the class

Night Life

4

The campus is filled with places to hangout and eat. Any place you see and you will have something to eat there. There is this place called North square which is the most famous hangout spot and the canteen is called Gazebo. The campus also has a Dominos Pizza outlet. There is a gym and arcade and other games area and ofc every sport court is available. The hostel curfew for girls is 8PM and Boys is 9PM.
