Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good. They have all the necessary topics. The timing of exams is a bit wierd. Mid terms started just after 2 months of college. Difficulty is not much though, they are relatively easy
Fees and Financial Aid
The total tuition fees is 85000 per year. Out of this, 15000 is exam fee, 70000 is tution fee. Moreover, an extra 2000 caution fees was charged. There was also a 5% scholarship if the applicant appeared for cuet; mentioned the name of the university. Most of my batchmates are paying the full fees as most of them weren't aware about the cuet scholarship. Furthermore, the university does provide merit scholarship from the consecutive year, providing 30% scholarship. The number of scholarships given depends upon the class size. There was also 12th cbse board based scholarships, where a 90% scorer or above got nearly 100 percent scholarship for the first year and the consecutive ones were provided accordingly. There were also sports quota scholarships.
Campus Life
My overall experience was okayish. The campus life is okayish again. There are many clubs and the infrastructure is by far the best thing about this college. They do offer a lot of sports but swimming is missing, one I was hoping to look after
Admission
Honestly, this college was my last choice. I couldn't get into amity because of the fee structure and same was with other colleges. The admission process was quite simple, fill the form on the website, and wait. I beliece the timings at my college are the worst compared to any other
Faculty
Faculty: The faculty go student ratio is 1:80 for theory classes; 1:40 for lab classes. The faculties are approachable they are chill. Priya mahto is my anatomy professor, she explains stuff greatly makes sure that we understand stuff and also helps us make notes The biochemistry teacher, Dr narul Hassan. Although great by nature, is not a good teacher. I find it hard to listen to him and his teaching methods are purely ppt reading based My physiology professor, Dr Jyoti Sharma is like this too. Course structure: It's a semester system. We have IA( internal examination) mid terms semester, and repeat. Mid terms and IAs are usually easy, mid terms had entire previous year question paper. I don't know about semesters because I haven't appeared for them. The curriculum is mostly relevant. I am still awaiting for my first exam results, however I have heard from my seniors that a lot of people get debarred in anatomy
Night Life
They have great cafeteria, obviously expensive, but great. There's not much to hang out outside of the college because the landmark of the college is college itself. They do have a lot of fests though. Great superstars like kartik aaryan have appeared
