Likes
- College provide many opportunities to shine. College staff is very knowledgeable and helps student in their domains. As of me there are ton of professors which guided me in deep learning.
- I also liked the courses provided. We had ton of courses which were not there in sppu but was provided to us as part of value added certification.
Dislikes
- As of now college dont have regular internship opportunities, its mainly off campus.
- Placement is not improving. Its around 4-6 lpa average from nearly 6-7 years.
Course Curriculum Overview
If a student regularly studies it will be quite easy. For me I am able to manage it with my external skill development and other extra curriculum activities. Moreover, there are also real word application based presentation and seminar based on recent tech skills so its quite good.
Internships Opportunities
As of now college dont provide internships. This year around 7 students got civil internship but that too it was due to their contacts. Moreover, 2 students got offcampus placement from Microsoft, so you can college got no role in it.
Placement Experience
Normally, students become eligible from 7 th sem for placements. This year around 443 companies visites for placement with avg around 6.7 lpa and highest around 21 lpa with 2 students getting off campus package of around 43 lpa in Microsoft. They were from my branch only.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am currently in my second year, year wise fees of KK Wagh is 1,52,000 for general, 83,645 for ews and obc, 17000 for vj nt 1,2,3 and tfws, 0 for st and sc. Fee is same for all the course. Moroever, there are many scholarship opportunities one get through out the four year time frame.
Campus Life
College don't conduct many events. Only one famous event occurs that is maffick and that too is not that hyped. We have traditional, bollywood, casual day in maffick events with inter departmental sports.
Admission
Actually, I got 99.3 percentile in jee mains and 98.6 percentile in mhtcet and 7689 rank in jee advance but due to getitng 70 percent in board I was not eleigible for any, so I thought getting tier 3 + working on skills would be better fit.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is around 1:3 thats quite good. In a semester we have one insem and one endsem. Also, practical viva, assignment, lms test and other aspects in marking scheme greatly improve flexibility of the student performance.
Night Life
Night life is chill in KK Wagh . Food is average in cafeteria. Late night studies are fine but not that hyped as they are normal. Classes are boring as that 10-5 schedule, so summing up all life is chill here.
