Remarks

I'm neutral towards my college. It is a great environment for learning even though we do not have a huge campus, I feel proud to be a part of this college, and it's easy for me to travel since it's not much of a distance, it's a good college for anyone who's interested in commerce

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It is a great curriculum as it develops our knowledge in both accounting and finance, and the theory and practical subjects are well balanced, also concentration on soft skills is given as well. It is a well balanced course, and has a similar approach to a professional course. 20 marks Internal exams and 80 marks external exams. There is a standard format with a good balance between objective and subjective questions.

Placement Experience

4

The placements and the job opportunities are good, seminars are held in our college for people interested in that particular place. There are good placement opportunities, eg. Edelweiss Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan, etc.

College Events

4.5

Consortium - is Our BAF festival and it is held every year in our college, there are various events according to various departments, there are finance events which are extremely interesting. Certain celebrities are invited as well, and certain events are held in the auditorium, there are food stalls as well. Other events include lakshya, aakarshan, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible enough. Our fees is around 20000 per year and includes 2 semesters and covers the exam fees, library fees, magazine, basically you do not have to worry about the fees, yes we had to pay for the Blazer which was totally worth it and good quality that's the only expense which occurred and probably will have to pay for the project material which is fair enough

Fees and Financial Aid

I've no idea about the scholarship or loan facility and most probably it isn't there. For reserved categories a good amount of fees is exempted and the fees is feasible enough to not take a loan. Scholarship - for the topper of the college, there might be an amount given.

Campus Life

4

There is the event - Consortium - which covers all the extracurricular activities for us BAF students. Right from informal activities, to managing the event itself, to volunteering to make the event happen. Celebrities are called for movie promotion, and that's an extracurricular activity for us. Our college even encourages sports and has a sports day. Also encourages performing arts.

Alumni/Alumna

Since I've not connected with them as I'm pursuing CA along with this course, I really do not know much. But as far as I've heard and seen, they're friendly, kind and helpful. They're passionate towards their goals. They're intelligent. And they've made our college proud.

Admission

Okay, so after passing 12th, a form was given to us to fill at the college itself and we had to submit the necessary documents and fees after the merit list came out. Our college has a merit list system where we had to personally go and check if our name was there or not.

Faculty

5

In our college there are different faculties for different subjects. And in case of some subjects, people from the industry come and provide lectures. The faculties have a very helpful approach and help the students grasp the subjects nicely. Notess are given for certain subjects too. If a professor misbehaves in an inappropriate manner, our coordinator is kind enough to appoint another professor.
