Likes
- Faculty and staff members are very friendly and are very co-operative not only at the time of admission but at other times too they speak with politeness and kindness.
- the campus is super clean and tidy . the classes are moped everyday .
- There are elevators for students as well .
Dislikes
- the canteen food is okayish and there are not much options to choose from
- the entry and exit gate are different so we ( students ) , cant enter from the exit gate but the teachers can
Course Curriculum Overview
the faculty head of iot dr. zubair sheikh is very knowlegeble and talented . i had multiple options to choose from but i liked the specific branch because it is blooming quite well and it has much scope in near future
Placement Experience
from sem 5 or sem 6 , companies like tcs and mahindra , whipro , infosys godrej etc often visit the campus for placements and the number of offers made were 44.52 % , meaning out of 290 students 132 students got placed in the placement round
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 76218rs as my college fees because I opted for Economically backwards class scholorship , for which you have to have domacile and income certificate. the fees paid is all inclusive . for tfws , sc ,st students the fees is 17000rs there is a scholarship for girl students that will wave all the tution fees for them they just have to pay the other charges fee of rs 17000
Campus Life
the social aspect of college is worse than i thought . there are no clubs or very minimal events in which we can participate , we arent even allowed to play in the ground , all we can do is sit in the BCR ( boys common room ) which has a pool table which is occupied by the seniors and 4 matchines for workout
Admission
I only applied to saboo siddik college of engineering because i had visited may colleges after the hsc and i liked the college MHSSCOE very much . i applied for the computer science branch and for the aiml branch but after the first round i got selected in iot which i took happily
Faculty
the faculty is amazing and teachers are very approchable and friendly . PCE faculty is amazing because they always come up with some new and uncenventional way to teach students which is quite enjoyful . there are total 3 exams in each sem - internal assesment test -1 , Internal assesment test-2 ,and end sem examinations
Night Life
after a full day of college we like to go out and eat together , so our favourite spot around the college is rolex hotel. our favourite hangout sopt is the Boys common room but we often sit onthe stairs of the main building and hangout there
