Likes

The college camp is vast. So we get a lot of place to sit and study
The college campus provides a lot of opportunity to participate in cultures
They are many interesting subjects. So we as students are getting an opportunity to learn many here

Dislikes

The hostels here are not that hygienic. Even the food tastes not that good
The college hours are very long. Like we have to stay in college upto 5
I think the few subjects that we are learning here are unwanted

Course Curriculum Overview

I am an ECE student. The electronic in daily life is what inspired me to join ECE. The curriculum here is good well we are not yet dealing with the real life electronic but we are studying it. The exams would be conducted every 2 months once the time duration will be something around 2 hours

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I'll be paying 120000 every year. The college takes rupees 36000 every year as tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees etc. My Batchmates few from SC/ST caste pay a fee of 45000 every year. The amount of scholarship the students from OBC and General caste get is always uncertain

Campus Life

The do the college fest in the month of march April. And all other events will be according to the holidays. The accessibility of books in library is good enough. Sports and extra curricular activities are good in this college

Admission

I wanted to join BMS college but couldn't manage to get into it. I got a confirmed admission in DSU but i didn't wanted to join there. Yes i got rejected from few colleges because my marks were not up to the mark. The admission process is not very time taking. Just submitting few documents

Faculty

The faculties here are friendly. The way they approach certain students who are facing difficult in academics is appreciative. I like lavanya mam she is our chemistry faculty she is really friendly and cool. There are no such reasons for me to dislike thr faculty here.

Night Life

We have a gym in the college which will be open in the morning around 6-8 and evening. Girls hostel doors will open by 5 in the morning and will close by 9 The amphitheater is the best place to hangout during the evening times.

Placement Experience:

The placement in colleges was good but the salary for the core job work was very less, maxing at 23000 at max, but the pay for other job roles was much higher, so getting a job from college was not difficult

From first sem to 8 sem it has various subjects, in 1 st sem there is various branch subjects that's are some are my favourite and some are tough for me but after that in 2 and 3 year all the subjects related to my course are so gud and some are problematic subjects even I selected some problematic subjects in open elective all are so gud understanding.

Placement is good, every student who tries to get placement will surely be placed in campus placements, but off campus would be difficult as this cllg is a tier-3 cllg, so many companies reject in resume shortlisting. Maximum every CSE student will get placed but max of them would get placed at an offer of 3.5 or 4.5lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

Engineering life :Mixed emotions and doubts

I had applied for colleges through KCET and COMEDK but didn't participate in counseling because of my 12th percentage. I've come here through the management quota. Students must have passed their 12th and should have written entrance exams for eligibility for this college.Cutoffs were very high this year and hence couldn't get a seat till the 2nd round in COMED K. The admission process is ok, but the resume entry and VTU registration were rushed. The management wasn't clear with students, and some of the students admissions were cancelled as per the reports. I don’t recommend to join this campus
