Course Curriculum Overview

4

Chemistry is broad subject and have an endless application in real world. You can't live without chemistry you can't exist without chemistry. My subject helped me in lot of aspects like technical thinking about various reactions other than text topics We need more facilities in lab for higher experiments Normal semester gap is 6 months but actually we only get around 4 months due to other issues and problems

Internships Opportunities

4

In our college many of chemistry students are doing internships in cipet and other industries. Internships are very important in the field of science because i already told you chemistry is the back born of life. And through this intenships students become more matured about there core subject.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college fees is not a fixed number because, fee structure is semester wise around 2000-2500 per head. In our college there are lot of scholarship schemes like E-Grantz and other type scholarship programs which helps students to study in affordable price Most of my friends are studying under E-Grantz scholarship. The main scholarship are E-grantz, Joseph mundasheri and Central sector.Financial aid amount around 12k and above.

Room is decent for price. Meals are adjustable. Registration process are very easy processes. Rooms are very affordable. Hostel fee is around 2000 for stay and 3000 for food.in Malappuram kunnummal you can easily find a good hostel by enquiring local peoples in kunnumal.

Admission

I got admission in both Calicut university and Mg university. But, i adopted Calicut over Mg.to be frank there is no reason behind that choice because i was ok to study at anywhere. But calicut was more affordable than mg i personally felt including hostel and other expenses. The procedure for admission is really easy. Just score good marks in 12th and apply for the course in their sites

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
