Honest review about hpi

First it's safe for girls, second the review of pass out students and 100% placement, these were the things that I considered before taking admission. Curriculum will definitely prepare you for the challenges and improve social skills as well. With national/ international seminar held in the college you will get the exposure about the field and give you clear idea about what opportunities lies in the field. As for teaching methods, faculty members can use mic since large number of students are there which makes it difficult for the last benchers to hear . Next thing, lab chemicals can be renewed so that we can get proper results.

Students will be eligible for placement during their final semester. Companies like cipla, zydus, goldencross, alkem etc will visit the college. Initial salary range can be from 36000-15000 per month, which is considered as training fees to the students for initial time with gradual increment.

So we first paid 75000 which includes the registration fee for our first semester. Second semester onwards it was 68000/semester. It did not increase. Also to note that the fee includes hostel fee as well. Mess bill is supposed to be paid separately. National scholarship will be provided to students who are eligible.

Number of festival are celebrated including vishwakarma puja, holi. Our college holds annual fest which has variety of activities including sports and rampwalk, dance, music, dj night etc. Range of books available in the college can be accessed through digital library of hpi. Different journals are also available. GPAT books etc are also available. Sports like, football, cricket, volleyball, chess, carrom board are available. Boys can access to gym as well.

You will get your own table, chair, bed. Mattress and bucket etc you will need to take by yourself. You have to share the room with other two students. Mess food is okay okay If by any medical issue you want to rent a room, there's plenty of options available for you around so no need to worry

I did not opt for any other college. I took admission in this college directly because of the safety and placement parameters. For admission, you need to contact to the college administration. Contact number will be provided in its website. You need to fill the form. Acceptance was done (2020) on the basis of 12th marksheet. Now CUET is applicable for admission. Your payment will be upfront.

There are quite the number of faculties in our college. Everyone is approachable. If not students can report the case to principal sir or director of the college. Every faculty member will clear your doubt if you approach to them. Most of the faculties are good if it comes to clearing doubts. There are total 8 semester which includes 2 sessional exam and one semester exam each. Total 16 sessional and 8 semester exams. If you study well you won't fail. It's easy to clear the exam. Those with back papers are allowed for re examination as per Sikkim university

There is no cafeteria since hostel is compulsory. Mess food is available. Boys hostel has one gym but for girls unfortunately gym is not available yet. Boys can have flexible timing till 6. For girls, timings might change. But there are alternative outing day for boys and girls (if Monday boys have outing, girls will have outing on Tuesday) . During Sunday's everyone has outing from 7am -6pm There are quite good spots in Sikkim to hang out to. Local cafe in majhitar is good for evening hanging out spots. Evening walks can be done. Sikkim is safe to roam around at night.
