Acropolis - The College Only

There are no specific reasons to select this course nor this college, just it is alloted by the counselling so we are here. Overall the college is good but also not satisfactory. We only think like we are just passing the exams and spending our day like a true labour. There are no real world applications applied there , infact assignments is a biggest barrier in this college for students to explore themselves.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are like patanjali, consultadd, haldiram, tcs etc Highest package gone is of 42 lakhs in amazon but off campus, 23 lakhs in uber but off campus, i think on campus is 12 lakh and the minimum is 300000. 5% of students only get placed tbh. My plans is to switching non tech and have some practical life there. And the long term goal is to join the family business

The fees i paid was 1 lakh 10 thousand in the first year and from second year i am paying 98000/- per year, this data is of 2 years ago, now the fees has reached around 1,40,000/- per year. The level of placements are average like 3.6 lakhs is not good and even the joining letters are got by few only.

The annual fests are like acroidols, techotsav only, some hackathons Library is so big and so good. The range of books are also best. The only facility available in the classroom are Projectors only. Our college is dim in the sports. The football, cricket, volleyball ground are same.

I have not applied for any college just felt the details in dte counselling and my bad luck they assigned me the acropolis college, but after 3 years here, we are little connected to this place. I dont know that it is good or bad, or we are connected in wrong way like we have a habit just of writing assginemts and coming to college, making classes bunk and coming back home. Like you feel at the end of the day you are 0 productive.

The faculties are average, they are not bad but they don't have level to teach college level students. The faculties students relation ship are good but some of the faculties are oversmart, like A He takes care of placements gives training but the level of attitude he have is disgusting. He has some fixed members which will he direct get into placement

There are no such activities inside or outside the college, there's not even a single place to hang out, nor there is a hostel, hospital, mall near around. Our college is on the bypass road. At the end of indore
