Course Curriculum Overview

5

As I have mentioned I am doing MBBS which is being a doctor in future so it's a difficult thing to do and I don't think that there is anything wrong with the curriculum is just that they don't give us rest like they should give us a little bit more holidays which they don't and they should not only teachers from the books but I should take us out more often I can't feel trips doing some activities from which we can learn more.

Internships Opportunities

3

As for now I don't know about the internship opportunities from my college but I can very well say that if we study well we can get good internship opportunities but first we have to do a one year internship at our own college as being an MBBS student and after that it depends on us if we want to do any higher degree or not.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of my 5 year course is around 1crore And yearly fee is 20lakh and 2lakh hostel fees and the hidden charges which are not specified that keeps increasing every year , and the collage don't provide and scholarship. And all the things like books and other required materials we have to pay for they are not included in the fees

Campus Life

4

So far my college life is good I mean I don't involved much in trouble and I don't like having trouble so I prefer doing the things my way in not to get involve in trouble mostly which is nice. People in the college are like a mixture summer very great some are not at all great the summer like create not create not everyone is great but like yeah I have friends like it I don't want to be involved with everyone's business all the time.

Hostel Facilities

2

The hostel faculties is very poor and water cannot handle the kids didn't give us any facilities they don't let us have any facilities if we bring it on an own the staff is very inorganised very lazy did on do any work on time.

Admission

It's not like I didn't wanted to go to other colleges it is just that I took one year drop and its hard to crack me but I did with not so good Mark I got to college in the second round of counselling which I am great full of even though I don't like the college but as we say you should be happy with what you have so of course I am happy that I got to college with course of my liking.

Faculty

2

The professors in our college are like north pole and South pole some teachers are like blessing and disguised the teachers everything tell a everything there the most politis people we can know and some teachers are like the came from hell they don't teacher Plus they give us a hard time everyday and during exam is specially worst like they don't tell us anything and expect us to know everything when we ask them help they don't help us but all the time they just keep on saying ask us for help ask us for help you can help you anytime you want .

Night Life

2

In my college we don't have a nightlife we are not allowed to go out after 6 we are not allowed to go out of her hostel after 8 and at night we are not allowed to make noise or room around in the corridor making any sound after 11 and even if you want to celebrate our birthdays they don't want to make no I don't want us to do any decoration and stop it don't want us to wake the faculties living next building to us so in short we don't have a night life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

New nmc curriculum is quite clinical based and practical also the practicals in different subjects help us to grab the concept even more. Syllabus is quite vast and difficult to cover. Exam frequency is very high evil give pcts after every topic completion and two internals and two centres and one professional exam is also there.

Well medical colleges are not meant for placements as most students have higher studies plan. Delhi's prestigious hospital groups do come for placements and also offer a bomb cheques to the students but of role that they might not consider.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

The admission is done purely on the basis of your NEET score. A cutoff is declared after the NEET results are out. A merit list is taken out. Upto 3 merit lists are taken out on regular intervals of 2-3 days during the admission and counseling process. I scored 474 in neet and got admitted to this college.

PGIMS Rohtak as everyone know is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It is also one of the reputed colleges. It was given an A+ grade. It provides quality education to the students who thought it might be lacking a bit in infrastructure and extracurricular activities.
