Likes

College atmosphere is very good and insightful.
Study quality is very good and the teachers are very good.
We get various hand on experience and all the practicals are done very nicely.

Dislikes

There are not much breaks in between the classes.
There can be less writing work so that we can focus more on learning.
There are a lot of irrelevant things which we focus on unless of what we should focus on.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course helps to get us know the nature. The microorganisms are also studied under botany. Improvement can be more like we can reduce the file work and the learning experience can be more. Also the syllabus can be a bit less.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience

I have not thaught much about the future regarding this course but yes there are many research fields which can be explored after persuing this course. I will try preparing for some entrance exams in future.

Fees and Financial Aid

12000 fees per year, good opportunity for internship and nice academic experience is provided. We can do researchs from this course and this study is helping in increasing the intellectual insights. Overall it is very good.

Campus Life

Rhapsody is the annual fest. Sparkles is the annual diwali mela and there are some other departmental fests like Pallav is our Botany department's annual fest. Equinox is also a very good program and there is one more named Avgaahan.

Admission

This college is a women college and the environment is very good. The classes, lab techniques and the practicals taught are very good. The teachers are very good and learnt. Everything is very satisfactory.

Faculty

They are very good, supportive and very insightful. The teachers are always available & are very well educated. The teachers help us do all the practicals & also do the repeatations as and when required.

Night Life

Not safe, there is very much rush, pollution and some of the people are not seeming to be understanding. There is not much safety. The price for the things are very much. The food is also not good. But this all is about Satya Niketan near college not about night but about day.

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Placement Experience:

We have an active placement cell in the college. Students are eligible for placement in 6th Semester. there are quite a lot of companies that offer jobs and we do get a decent average package. I plan on pursuing master's degree after this.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

It is a place to develop yourself.

Placement Experience:

I think from 3 year 5th semester students are eligible for the placement. Companies that comes are Deloitte,ibm etc. i have not too much knowledge about that but i think the median package is 4-5 lakh per annum and highest is 10 lakh. My want to become more professional and become capable to buy anything of my interest.

I my opinion they must add the logical and critical part more than the traditional proving part in all core subjects . Its more like we are becoming a bookworm rather than to train our minds logically.
