Likes
- The campus is great and the facilities are good too . The main canteen is mid . there's a Nescafe stall which is too good and the castle cafe is 7/10. The campus is big about 26acres .
- The faculty is supportive and encouraging
- It also encourages sports and ncc . There's gym facilities too both for girls and boys
Dislikes
- There's no much events to participate in.
Course Curriculum Overview
So from childhood I was interested in things like doing some models especially electrical electronics model which made me join electronical and electronics engineering. The electrical faculty is too good. The difficulty level is ok if we study properly we will score good marks
Internships Opportunities
So I'm in first year right now but the placement opportunities is good and facilities are good too. I will leave a review about placements once I reach 4th years . I'm not much aware of it so I'll just wait
Placement Experience
After 6th semester the students are eligible for placement although they can start internship from 5th semester itself. The highest package was 24lpa and on average it is 4to 10lpa . In electrical percentage of placement was 70%in I'm not wrong . I'm planning to start working
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees was 151500 . In which I had to pay 75000 in first installment and 76500 in second. I don't about the proper numbers but for lab it was 15k which is included in fee. I went through management so I had to pay 151500 . Through cet it would be 125000 or less . Minorities students have a separate exam where their fees will be reduced.
Campus Life
There are two main events one is milan which is a traditional event and one is tiara which is a 3 days science fest . The central Library is too big and there is everything that we need for engineering and there's also more than lakhs of ebooks. There's importance for sports too there will be interdepartmental tournaments. There are various students association
Admission
I applied to nitte but because it was too far from my home so I had to shift to st.joseph. the process is simple. The minimum marks in pu and SSLc should be 70. The cut-off vary as per course. The cut-off for EEE was 70k in CET
Faculty
The faculty is really great . They are supportive they are encouraging. Their knowledge about things and how they explain it is too good and understanding. Anyways some staff are rude . The lab assistants are the best
Night Life
There is gym facilities for both men and women in their respected hostels which can accessed by a non hostelite too. There a 3 cafes. A central Library. I don't know much about hostel as I'm not an hostelite. Pilikula nisargadhama is a well known zoo which is near to the college and manasa waterpark tooo
