Course Curriculum Overview

2

College does not support co-curricular activities In different colleges the function is held 2-3 times but in our college it is held only once. college prize is also very bad He gave a prize of very low amount

Internships Opportunities

4

I don’t personally attend college or have access to internships, but I can provide general information about how internship opportunities are typically structured at colleges. No stipend provides us from our college

Placement Experience

2

The college boasts a low placement rate, with over 40 percent of students securing jobs during campus I aim to secure a role in my field of interest that aligns with my long-term career goals. If not, I plan to leverage my skills, internship experiences, and professional network to explore opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fee is 125000 and hostel fee is 65000 and I once got a scholarship of 20000 from my state. And course free is increasing 10-20 thousands every year due to which students are facing many problems.

Campus Life

3

I don’t attend college myself, but if you’re asking for a personalized perspective, I can offer insights as if I were a student on a modern campus. Let me know if you'd prefer this approach, or feel free to share more about your experience for a tailored conversation!

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostels usually provide shared or single rooms equipped with basic furniture like a bed, study table, chair. Some hostels also include amenities like attached bathrooms, Wi-Fi, It usually includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks, with vegetarian and sometimes non-vegetarian options. Special meals might be served but the food is very cheapest Prices depend on location and facilities. A shared room in a rented flat could cost $2000–$4000 per month, while PGs might include meals for a slightly higher price.

Admission

I chose this college because it aligned with my academic interests, offered a vibrant campus life, and provided excellent career opportunities. The faculty's expertise in my field of study and the availability of research opportunities were major deciding factors. My college is located in a city with ample internship and job opportunities. Some other colleges were in remote areas with fewer prospects for networking. For some competitive colleges, I fell short on specific criteria such as standardized test scores or extracurricular achievements. In hindsight, I could have prepared earlier or gained more relevant experiences to enhance my application.

Faculty

3

Some teachers in college do not teach or deliver the subject and our teachers put students back on exams to get money and some teachers are good and teach well And also mark well in exams And they are very cooperative

Night Life

4

Most college towns or campuses offer a vibrant nightlife, catering to a variety of interests: Some students prefer quieter options like bonfires, night hikes, or stargazing. Hosting friends for movie marathons or video game sessions can be a relaxing alternative.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Padmanava College of engineering is coming under Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT , odisha). As there is always a myth about private colleges that they help in cheating but from my experience padmanava College is strictly against cheating and rather it supports quality of education. If you are a hard working student you will pass the exam very easily.
