Established in 2008, the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, GITAM is situated in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology. The college is working under Vidya Bikash Educational Trust with the aim to to provide quality technical education.

The institution is laid out over 16 acres of land at Gangapada, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The college highly emphasizes on the quality of the education. Research work is going on over several subjects by the research oriented faculty members.

My admission process for the university I'm studying was quite easy. But I've faced difficulties while applying for other universities because of very less examination centers available and also heavy examination fee which was annoying.

The first-year fee for lateral entry is around INR 1,16,000. Yes, there are scholarships on the basis of category and for economically weaker students.
