Remarks

Positive remarks first The teachers are extremely humble, pious and leather people. They are one in perhaps millions. Most friendly people probably I've ever met. Negative Non existent or ignorant placement cell

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The faculty is more than talented, available and friendly. The peer is well behaved, helpful and excellent. The course, however is more focused on theory rather than practical learning like technological institutes.

Placement Experience

1

No, the college doesn't provide any internships. College projects are rigorous wherein we visit other departments and do projects in their collaboration. The placement cell is very bad and hardly any student gets placed.

College Events

3.5

Reunion - Our alumnus and teachers along with students and scholars contribute and become a part of this program. Freshers' - I don't know exactly as I was admitted after this program was held and this of the first year in this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Extremely cheap. ?4000 quarterly is the most feasible fees structure I or anyone might even hear of as compared to the faculty or books or equipments that are being furnished. The college has enormous living area with a playground.

Fees and Financial Aid

Vivekananda Scholarship is only given to specific students and provide a handsome amount to source poor but talented students. MOMA scholarships are probably given that I heard of but never tried to avil

Campus Life

3

Extracurricular activities are only held during events such as reunion or picnic. Labs are featured with up to date and excellent equipments. Sports are also held along with extracurriculars (before or after) Projects are held wherein we need to collaborate with other departments of our choice.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is not upto the mark. Probably no one passed out from this college has any time to return to it. All peers including seniors and scholars are helpful, available and excellently talented.

Admission

I appeared for the entrance exams held at the ended of October last year and passed them. Attended the counseling after about a week after the exam and secured a seat. After paying the fees I was a student until yet.

Faculty

5

The college is the best place for learning. It will make you a master of your subject whatsoever. Calcutta University is renowned for in-depth learning and it's honesty. The placement cell however is really poor and hardly few companies visit the college for hiring.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is so updated and they focus more on application. They also provide us with the knowledge of emerging fields and opportunities. But i feel like the curriculum should be less hectic for the students. The exams are veru frequent here because there will be 3 internal assessments before the main exams and they are so hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course here in sri Venkateswara university is master of science in statistics. This subject seems to be very interesting and I am very happy with the knowledge that I can get to know from my faculty. Coming to exams and conducting exams they give much time from sem to sem. As it is a semester system we have a lot of time to study. We will be having two internal exams and an external exam. Internal exam is for 20 marks and external exam is for 80 marks on a total of 100 marks.
