TANUVAS UNIVERSITY

I love animals and from my young age I want to be a doctor. They are giving intership after final year which helps a lot to the students. Need to improve the extra curricular activities and teaching method are best here. Every two months students are having exams and the exam are little bit tough.

This college comes under TANUVAS University which has 7 campus all around the Tamil Nadu. For intership each student went in each campus every year. The stipend is 350 per day which is very low for doctors. They are giving a lot of works to the students but they are not paying the students well.

Per year fees for the college is 25000. The tution fees is 18000 , admission fees is 25000 which includes 1st year fees also. For general category the fees is same as I mentioned above. They are not providing scholarship for All india students but they are providing scholarship for Tamil Nadu students.

College day, hostel day, freshers party and Pongal are the festival held per year. A lot of books and magazines are available in the library. Smart TV and black board with good wooden table and beanch are provided. Sports are too good and every sports are played here expect Basketball. Extracurricular activities are not that much good. No student run any organisation and group or clubs.

Double seater Room is provided with 2 single bed, two tables, two chairs and two cupboards. Meal quality is very worst and no menu is present. Fixed food is provided. Hostel fees is somewhat affordable but mess bill is not affordable. No such locality are present outside for students.

The other colleges which I applied for this BVSc and AH course are IVRI , BARELI, GBPANT university. I got VETERINARY COLLEGE AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE ORATHANADU. I choose this college because of the study here. It is too good. I got addmission here through NEET exam and I didn't score that much marks to get addmission in other colleges. Admission process is very simple. You just have to submit your original documents and pay the fees. NEET is the exam for this course which I gave to get admission.

For each subject their are almost 5 teachers which are more than enough. Relationship of students and teachers are very good. Each faculty are very easy to approach. The best faculties that I like is for Biochemistry department and his name is Dr. Gyananparkasham Sir. Their is not particularly any faculty whom I don't like. Thrice in year, internal exams are conducted and they are little bit tough and in the year end board exams are conducted which are very tough. 3-10 students fail to clear the exams. Course curriculum is good.

Small gym is present, cafeteria is present but it is closed. Library is very big and having each and every books. For boys the timing of hostel and campus is 8:30 pm and for girls it is 6:30pm. Temples are situated inside and outside the campus.
