Likes

Faculty members are too good and helpful
Infrastructure are also too good and greenery
University fest are also too good .The Biggest fest is BLF.

Dislikes

The Hostel facilities are not so good. And the mess food is not good
The dress code is also so bad.It looks like govt.school .
The sports facilities are not good at all.

Course Curriculum Overview

BTech course is very demanding course in industries because industries needed hardworking engineers .And this is best degree for those who want to make carrier in tech industries. The areas for improvement is curriculum because it is theory based.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 85500 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are too decent . It's avg.package is around 5-6 LPA . And highest package is 22lpa. The intership opportunity are also provided to students in 5th semester. There are many companies as a recruiter in university for ex. Tcs, Accenture, Nestle etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of btech course is 86500 including all registration fees at the time of admission.The tuition fees is 80000 and registration fees is 6500 rs. There is no fees difference for any caste.Fees is same for all caste.Scholarship is provided by UP govt.

Campus Life

There are many fest held in university and the biggest fest is BLF( Bundelkhand literature festival) which is held in March first week. Sports facilities are too decent .There is govt.gym in campus . Students also run social groups like Prayas.

Admission

The admission in this university is through entrance exam ( Jee mains) which is conduct by NTA. So according cutoff marks admission is done in various branches .And there is total 7 branches in Bundelkhand University.

Faculty

Faculty members are too good and mutual understanding b/w student and professor are decent. The ratio is also decent. The iet department facility is best at all. There is semester wise exams and there is 2 semester in 1 year.

Night Life

There is a cafeteria in campus which is good but the price of food items is too expensive. Campus life is too good .The campus area is around 186 acre. But the govt.hostel are not so good .So I preferred to stay in Pg's outside campus like Mansi boys hostel.

Placement Experience:

Student eligible from 7th sem and test started from that time also for diff diff companies.google microsoft oracle qudeye comes to college with big bog pacakges and number of offers approx 1200 offers made .Highest pacakge was 2.2 cr and lowest was 10 lpa for sde role.If thinks got as planned i will be seating in placement otherwise gate exam

Practical project , Good faculty but mixed crowd.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement is good the highest placement was in 2022 that is 49 LPA and this year also 20 LPA of 3 students and 15 lpa of 4 students and many of 5 to 10 lpa . If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

So I applied for CUET and thought for the best colleges outside this city but unfortunately I didn't get any college via CUET so I had only a few options left to choose from in this city as other colleges were already closed for admission. So I had DVC in mind as my first priority but unfortunately it didn't have this course so dropped that and then ghanaram because my friend was there but It was really far away so eventually I came to this decision to apply in this college banshidhar Mahavidyalaya affiliated to BU Jhansi it was very close to my house and also pretty decent it seemed to me at first. As you know I didn't have many options so I won't say this was my dream college but yes this college is good too so I chose this. My score was pretty low for the course B.el.ed and the college options for this course are also very scarce so the merit went High and that's why I'm here now. There is no such great process or eligibility to apply in banshidhar you can simply apply just have decent marks in class 12th and there are no entrance exams for the same not cut off and all.
