Art life in ssus kaldy!

A painting course requires discipline as well as skill. Our college like any other fine arts college has a curriculum on the fundamentals and history of arts. An artist has so many chances in the future to do the things they love. Artology, art direction, art researchers, art teachers,individual artist,animation, graphics, advertisment etc. Are a few.

Well, i am an OBC latin student so i get a scholarship which reduced my yearly fees to 4000-4500. Fine arts course is a 4 year course with 8 sems. Most of the art supplies are brought up by students unlike other fine art colleges. Fees hasn't increased or anything until now.

Its a really fun college, lots of area as u memtioned earlier great ambiance There are kalolsavams conducted every year considering its a art college and state level art fests are conducted.also union is strong so they also conduct film fests, dramas, performance art ect. They have a very open library which so much accessible. Contains wide variety of stuff. They have a media centre and they are techly updated Due ti physical education department, all sports are included and grounds for all that.

There are 5 major fine arts colleges. 3 under govt., and one under mg, and one under sankaracharya university. Rlv college thripunithara was the best coice for me considering the distance from my home but i didnt got in. Next in line was the college i am i now. I didn't got the chance to go to the exams for the other three colleges. Facilities are omet for me. Theres a lot of distraction considering its a university and all that. But its all good.

As art students, exams are more of a passion. Students can flourish thier talent out of the college and do creative and Experiemental art works with the advice of the faculty. Painting department teachers aart supportivr and encouraging. Thier thoughts and advices pave way to so many young talents.exams levels are based on how good their skill is.its students responsibility to improve their skills and learn more.

Well after we put our admission in the online website they schedule us for the exam which is a life model study sketch and a creative painting based on the topics they provide. Other BFA entrance exams have theory questions also which includes fundamentals and history of art. Here just a discussion of scholarships and other personal preference are done while getting admission. You must be atleast in the 60th rank to get in. You can get study materials from the internet and of course art and history books.

I believe the town got a lil updated due to the university. There are lats cafes and hotels who does great services. Hostels are inside college compound so night life is amazing.its really beautiful. Just have to get on around 10. And malayatoor hill top is just 10km from there.its a nice view point. And kalady is close to the international airport kochi.
