I like my college. It has a good green campus and the crowd is also of good quality. The best thing about the college according to me is the freedom that it provides to the studentsThere is no dress code. There is no ragging. No one would ask you to go to
Entrance Preview
JEE MAINS. I scored 156 out of 360. I got the college through counseling done by the MO government. I didn't really have alot of choices. I wanted to study in Indore. So I took admission when I got the college.
Internships Opportunities
Yes. Our college does provide internship. People who pursue post graduation courses have an option to do internship in the field of teaching and other works too. I don't really know about how much they get.
Placement Experience
Being a reputed government college. Placement has never been a topic to worry about. All most everyone who wants a job and is atleast decent at study gets a job. Alot of companies come like Cognizant, TCS, etc
College Events
Alot of events used to happen in the college. But since the ban on clubs the number of events per year has reduced. Engineers Day celebration takes place, there is an annual cultural fest of the college, alot of seminars take place, sports fest etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is feasible. It's around 65000/- rs per year excluding the hostel and mess charges.
Fees and Financial Aid
All the government scholarships are provided. I don't know about any extra ones.
Campus Life
Campus life is fun. Gender ratio is good too. Being counseled seats online the number of girls and boys are nearly same. We have average lab facilities. Not extraordinary but the work gets done. Students are diverse in every form. But interact well with each other. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus.
Hostel Facilities
I don't live in the hostel but from what I've seen I don't like it. Mess food is not of good quality either. Hostel fees is 17000/- rs for a year. There is a small room with 2 people sharing it. It has an Almira, a table, a chair and a bed each.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. Seniors are really helpful. They interact very well. But this is true if they are your branch seniors. Other branches don't interact too much. People who meet each other through different other things like spots or clubs etc do interact well.
Faculty
I have to say being a self funded government college. I didn't expect alot of interest by the faculty. But I've come to know through personal experience that the faculty is interested and works hard enough. But no one forces you to study. Faculty will do
