GTBIT - THE TRUTH

The curriculum is the ipu's curriculum obviously because the college is affiliated to the IPU so you can check the curriculum at the ipu website and sometimes i feel the curriculum is outdated or not relevant to the field of study because in the like 3rd semester in my course computer science engineering there was a subject called computational methods which was totally irrelevant and non sensed my whole class was in question like why do we are studying this so yeah curriculum is outdated sometimes and some headache subjects may won"t let you focus on your programming and carrer required subjects.

Placements are decent and average as i talked to my seniors they told us that if you maintain your cgpa above 7.5 and have decent skills in your field then you can easily grab a job for like 5LPA from the campus placements and also try to build some projects and grab some internships throughout your course

So my course is B.tech cse (lateral entry) so i've been admitted to 2nd year but for lateral entries and for the 1st year ones the the fees for the first year i.e at the time of admission is 1,58,100 (2024) and after that it is 1,44,500 (the first year fees includes 10,000 one time security and 4,000 book bank security)

The canpus life is average as the campus is so small so there aren't so many spots to hangout like other colleges but in terms of clubs and societies the club doesn't lack in any term there are literally a club for every artform and sports team for sports and also college sports teams also compete in the annual ipu sports meet where every ipu affiliated college student teams compete and win prizes.

Firstly, the connectivity to the public transport which i mentioned earlier is good and locality is also good and not feel like in some old area and also this college is also very nearby to my house i stay in west delhi so it was also easy for me to travel and the fees was also affordable for me

Faculty memebers and teachers are really they literally help you in your academics if you have any doubts and all they will help you fully but some teachers are not good and they are rude and misbehaving but they are like 1 out of 10 which you may find in any college so yeah.

There is a small gym in the basement where you can go but it's timings are a bit messy like the gym starts from 9'O clock to 3:30 which is exactly the timing for classes so if you want to go to gym you gave to miss one of your class the library is not so big but yeah it has some seatings you can finish your pending assignments work or do your work on your laptop you can have every book of course available to you if you want to study for exam and also you can get the book issued for you
