I liked the seniors here they are very helpful and do not rag the juniors
The teachers here are very supportive except a few
The batchmates are good, no Gunda gardi in the campus

The campus is very small, no sports infrastructure
The teachers here are not good in teaching
The teachers rush the syllabus and their explanation is not upto the mark

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is average. Justlike any other colleges we learn irrelevant subjects in the first year then from second year we study our core subjects. They should start teaching relevant courses from the first year only

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 320000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Paypal, porter and other product based companies offer on campus internship. The stipend for these companies ranges from 80000 to 150000 rupees. The rest internship are average. The internship opportunities are limited.

Placement Experience

The placements are average. This year paypal, medianet offered 30lpa and In total 28 companies offered 7lpa+ rest all were mass requireters. The placements before 2024 were better. Average package of 2024 must be around 7lpa and placement percentage is around 35

Fees and Financial Aid

For first sem tution fees is 160000 and the 10% increment per year. Caution fees is 10000, admission fees is 20000, laptop fees is 60000. There are various scholarships available like GP birla scholarship and all.

Campus Life

Campus life is non-existent. The annual fest is called vibrations, the technical fest is called techvibes. Both are shit. The library opens at 9:30 and close at 5:30. The facilities in classrooms are adequate. Zero sport infrastructure. Clubs are good

Admission

I didn't score good in jee mains. After evaluating colleges I could get in I deemed it as the best just cause of the value of bit mesra degree. The college gives admission in btech only through jee mains. The cutoff is very less you could easily get CSE

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is good, can't tell the exact ratio but it should be around 1:30. There are a lot of exams and scoring good cg is tough. Although rarely any student fail in first sem (thanks to grace marks), the number increases as they go to next semester

Night Life

As i said campus life is non existent. Hostels are only available for girls. The locality is safe. Gym is super small, cafeteria is shit. The college closes at around 6:00. It is situated in malviya nagar industrial area

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.

I did apply to different colleges like Jaypee college,UPES, Symbiosis etc and I did get selected to Jaypee but not in Jaypee noida so I skipped that,I also get selected in UPES but after some discussions with my friends and seniors of that college I did not take admission in that and I also got selected in symbiosis but for the same reasons as UPES did not take admission into that college, I gave many entrance exams like JEE, MHCET,COMEDK,BITSAT, VIT but in MHCET,COMEDK,BITSAT and VIT examinations I did not score that much marks which were good enough for any good college although in JEE mains i did not score a lot of number but it was kinda okay (89 percentile,as I am ews, I was also able to give JEE advance but we don't talk about that ????.) then I found out about this college through a relative who lived in jaipur and found out that this college takes admission based on JEE result and also many people don't know about this, so I thought I had a chance and also found out this college was a off-campus of bit mesra (ranchi) which was very good semi- government college and also found out that we would get graduation certificate form main campus itself,so I tried to get into this college by going to there website and registered and soon list came and I was selected, there were 4 rounds and I found out that people got selected for BTECH computer science till 60 percentile general (from JEE MAINS of course) and overall admission experience was good....Read More

BIT Jaipur review from a freshman

this college is best in jaipur after mnit for placements and has a decent coding culture .. i applied to VIT bhopal and got a confirmed admission for it but in the end i chose not to go there due to a lot of students enrolled in the course .. ultimately increasing the chances of getting the better placements..i got admission in snu noida , jaypee noida.. to take admission in bit jaipur you have to fill the form for the instituition and after that you have to come in offline for document verification after the deposition of fees...Read More
