- I really liked the atmosphere of my college.It is completely filled with greenary and it is very refreshing.
- Our college is built in early 19s that is during British time so it mostly build with stones.upon entering the college we will get the vintage vibes
- The faculty here is also good.They really interact very well with students. We also have digital orientated teaching and the interaction with PGs is also good
Dislikes
- The thing that I dislike is that we have exams regularly that is mostly for every 2 weeks we have some classtests
- And I didn't even liked the timings of my college.earlier it is 9to 5 but now our timing have changed to 9to4
- The food is also not that much nice but is is ok we can adjust
Course Curriculum Overview
I wasn't really very much interested in taking this course at first but after coming here and interacting with all the faculty and seniors I have changed my desicions.the curriculum is also very good along with the academics
Internships Opportunities
As I'm in my first year I really don't know much about the internships and all. But according to what I have learnt from seniors is that each and every student gets internship opportunities. And even some projects opportunities are also give as much as I know
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fee per year is 15k .we also have to pay seperately for the hostel which doesn't include mess bill and transportation fee.The hostel fee per year is 30k and the mess bill per month is approximately 4.2k but it may vary from student to student.we also have to pay seperately for the records and the log books which are provided by the college. We also have to buy our academic books by our own as the college won't provide them and it is approximately 10k-15k as the choice of the students vary .we also have to pay 10.6k for downloading the allotment letter during counselling process.
Campus Life
I can say that we really don't much fests but we usually have 3-4 fests per year as our college focuses mostly on academics.The library is also very much accessible and it have a lot of books .our library has books of all kind the technology used here is also good
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is really good and it is very nice actually if I have to say then I really didn't think that it would be like that cause we all think that government hostel are notuch nice.the surroundings are also nice .It is very clean and neat .the food provided in the mess is also good
Admission
I have actually chosen andhra medical College at first because as every one knows that it is the top most and very old college in Andhra but after coming here I got to know that guntur medical College is on par with Andra medical College and in some aspects guntur medical College is very much better when compared to andhra medical College
Faculty
The interaction of students with faculty is also very good.almost every student interacts with every faculty .mostly all of the faculty are approachable. Even though our class size is big the faculty tries to interact with each and every one and even in labs also none of the student goes unattended.
Interview Experience
Yes we usually have seminars and sdl that is self directive learning which are very helpful for us as they help some us to overcome social fear.recently we had a seminar on some topics from physiology
Night Life
The nightlife in our hostel is nice .The closing timings are 10 but they advise us to come to hostel before 8 as it is unsafe for girls at our age to stay out late at night but we can wander around in the hostel area .the hostel is completely secured and there are approximately 8-10 security guards during night time around the hostel
