Likes

I love the food of the mess , each meal , each day , each week , evry month we used to have feast of veg and non veg varieties
The hostel was good , that wasn't awesome but good and nice and comfortable, and modifications of hostel takes place monthly
I like the organisation of seniors in the hostel

Dislikes

Sometimes the electricity was poor and ..
Few times we may feel like we need better
I think that's all I could say about this hostel

Course Curriculum Overview

Amc was good and best in few things like conducting events , they will be organised by a particular batch like they have to arrange stage , decoration , chairs , food like snacks and mangaing everyone about culturals and stuff

Internships Opportunities

In our college we had a lot of departments like medicine , obstetrics and gynaecology, general surgery , pediatrics , pathology , pharmacology , microbiology and a number of departments, so interns could work in there

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a government college , the yearly fee was 15000 , and scholarship was available for few students. Each and every categories like sc , st and OBC , oc all students pay the same fee , but because of the scholarship , few students will get jvd .

Campus Life

Few classes are a bit old, few are very nice with AC and and good infrastructure and each and every class has projector and screen for power points and board for the one who want to teach using chalk and....

Admission

I like andhra medical college cause it was the top college of Andhra Pradesh and that was close to my hometown so I can go whenever I feel like miss my home , and classes were nice may be a bit old but warm

Faculty

Each year we had three internal exams for each subject , in first year we had three subjects and in second year also , whereas in third year we had only 2 subjects , but in the fourth year it was hectic

Night Life

As I am residing in a girls hostel , we have strict rules about outings but we can do whatever we want in hostel like bityday parties , and dj nights , and all the crazy stuff , as a senior I can go out upto 6 in the evening

The life of a medico in a government medical college

Placement Experience:

There is no such thing as campus placement in medical courses.. we are provided with internship with the linked hospital with an approximate stipend of 30k per month for a year and after that we receive the course completion certificate and we can either practice in a clinic or pursue the post graduation upon our interests..

I only applied for this college firstly. I chose this college because of my sister. I want to stay close to her. And also by her review about this college. I was remarked that AMC is best college to study clinics. This is the first college I got selected and since I want to join here I didn't applied for other colleges.
