Course Curriculum Overview

4

and the inclusion of political science and sociology, and other subjects along with legal studies was a significant attraction to the students, especially me. The emphasis of mood quotes in syllabus and subject for moot is also an attraction. internship break allowed by the college is another factor which prepares students for litigation, corporate law, et cetera. But some shouldn't feel that there isn't urgent need to study new loss of artificial intelligence law, That is the emerging area in our country now. There should be a shift from traditional lecture approach to more interactive in case based teaching. Exams are moderately challenging.

Internships Opportunities

2

They dont give internship opportunities that much and there is limited scope of placements also. But the girls do find internships on there own and do well in there field. Banasthali do gives a good break for internships and an internship diary for students so that they can give exam for what they learned.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly tuition fee is 1.4lakhs Hostel fee is 8000 per month Other charges include development fees for 30000 approx For total the tuition fee is 7 lakhs Plus total hostel fees is 96000 per year Scholarship is of 2 types- firstly Merit Based scholarships and secondly need based aid scholarships I have no idea about fees for categories other than mine cause banasthali follows a uniform fee structure for most of its programmes

Campus Life

5

Campus, life, at banasthali vidyapith is, vibrant, and fostering. The campus organises festivals such as Apaji fest in Novemeber and vanmohtsav in July which is very entertaining. There are many events throughout and banasthali celebrates each and every function. The library is a hub for learning and has everything. Classrooms are nice includes projecters and smartboards. Howevee there is a little room for improvement in some areas. Extracurricular activities are diverse with each and every sport and especially NCC Student runs club and they are veey nice and helpful. But some strict rules limit the social activities compared to other universities

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facility is comfortable and secure with single seater hostels for phd students and for others there are options in different hostels such as two seater three seater and four seater. Wifi can be taken from college at 2000rs cost. Meal quality is nutritious and includes veg options only. It feels limited also because some veggies just repeat frequently but overall food is not at all bad. Banasthali being a fully residential university, no kne can stay outside the campus. No pgs nothing. Hostel fees are relatively affordable .

Admission

Banasthali is known for its rich Legacy of women's education, and development. Its campus provide a secure and an academic environment Curriculum for BA LLB is well rounded. Fee structure of Banasthali is really affordable compared to Mody University sikar and Chandigarh University. Banasthali has a vibrant campus. I didn't choose Mody university because of Banasthali's fee structure was much better than Mody's and banasthali has a much more secured environment. although I got an offer from Chandigarh University to, but I declined it becaus i felt the curriculum peer environment were more aligned with technical and business studies than legal. Eligibility for banasthali is Min 50 percent aggregate in 12th and female students only. First seat to first cums

Faculty

5

the ratio is balanced, allowing personalised attention to each and every student. Generally faculty members are supportive and attentive. a strong sense of mentorship exist. There are no junior professors, but well trained senior ones. Generally appear for midterm semesters and term semesters along with practical assignments and two periodicals in a semester. Majority of students clear the exam, but there are some cases in taxation, law, and interpretation of statutes. internal assessment and moot court Contributes significantly to marking evaluation.

Night Life

3

It has limited traditional nightlife. Hostels have curfews last till 9:00pm that restricts night life activities. There is a very huge gym and it is mesmerising. Canteens are open till 8:00pm. And library also shut down till 8:00pm. Campus is at a rural location so it offers quiet atmosphere after 8:00pm. But for sure there is peace of mind for evening walks.

Other Applied Colleges

Mody University | Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [B.A.L.L.B.]

Option of banasthali was much better because of its high quality cocurricular activitues and studies as well. And it is a very old college my mother has studied from here so that is why also i chose Banasthali and it for sure is great

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BA LLB course for its blend of law and arts subjects, offering a comprehensive understanding of law, society, and governance. The interdisciplinary approach, with subjects like political science and history alongside core legal studies providing a strong foundation. Practical elements like moot courts and internships also prepare students for real worls legal challenges, making it a ideal course for law careers. Exam are based on semester system which includes mid-sem and end-sem which means exams are taken 4 times in a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course was my main focus being in the judiciary exam, and this college's curriculum can be quite very helpful for that. The curriculum prepares us for real World applications such as litigation through moot court competitions which are held regularly on different levels and they also offer information regarding moot courts being held in different Colleges where we can apply and participate. A few improvements can be done in the course curriculum by making it more student friendly and the teaching methodology should be introduced to students in a way which makes them comfortable and open to more knowledge in a friendly manner. The exams are held timely and their frequency stands to be frequent and the difficulty level for the same stands to be moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specifically the aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision was the legal knowledge and the awareness of one's legal rights. The curriculum prepares us for the journey of being a lawyer or an legal practitioner in a way that one can do very well in any field they choose. If i were to suggest the areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teaching methods that would be to hire better qualified teachers and compulsive 75% attendance for the students. The exams are held every six months along with mid semester exams in between and the difficulty level is not much if you are serious about your studies.
