Course Curriculum Overview

Our college curriculum is good but they give very less holidays or vacation I don't like it this teaching method is not good and the subject is too difficult to understand but our professors will explain nicely

Internships Opportunities

Internships are good at collage they provide nice internship programs for students and if we are talented at programing we will get more offers. amazon,Google,vipro are the companies which provide internships for us

Placement Experience

In our collage nice placements will come and we can get a nice job if we keep focus on skills and they provide nice companyies in placements like Google, Amazon,vipro, infosys which provide ni placements

Fees and Financial Aid

My collage fee is 150000 rupees and I got fee reambesment upto 35000 for four years this is only my fee but my batch mate getting more scholarship then me because they have reservations so I am feeling about it

Campus Life

Firstly there are no clubs and fests in our collage I will give 2 rating for fests because there are no fests but infustructure is good in our collage I will focus more on social media aspects and instagram

Admission

This collage provide more placements then other collages in our state but according to my eamcet rank this is the perfect collage to join for my bright feature in other collages placements are less compared to our college

Faculty

Firstly I like my professors they all are pg holders they explain nicely about concept and they provide all short notes . Our course is too good I liked it.our exam system is good but sirs will give marks according to their behaviour not by their performance

Night Life

In our collage gym facilities are there I will go daily to gym to improve my body and my favourite game is table tennis indor game . My hostel timings are 5:00 pm-9:00 am their is one garden in our college it is good

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements . Were the first college is got is geetanjali college of engineering, but almost after such research I saw that it is not better than cvr college so for the second round i changes and make it to cvr .
