All about BBAU

Course curriculum is pretty good...it covers essential topics such as food microbiology food processing technology and food chemistry in 1st sem.. you can know more about this at site.. A minor subject (cbcs) is also present. You have to opt this as per choice but opting in mandatory and a remedial subject is there which is compulsory

They had a subject for internship in your 3rd semester and it's mandatory to do that.. you can do that internship in the choice of place or company you want.. they will give you leave for 45 days and if not they will provide you the company where you have to go and learn..sometimes it could be paid too.

Yearly fee is 50000 approx including tution fee and all the extra fee For scholarship you can apply for nsp (national scholarship) but your merit should be pretty well You can also go for up scholarship if you're native of up and you sit well in it's eligibility criteria

Campus life is decent . They keep organizing many programs and keep students involved in them. Many seminars are also arranged which are beneficial and knowledgeable. Bbau has a very big library with a large sitting space and wide range of books . Library is the favourite place of most of the students here. Bbau also has their sports team which compete with many other colleges and universities..if you're good in sports you can be a part of it.

I had applied in central university of Punjab too but since I'm from uttar pradesh, lucknow was nearby so i opted for this..it was distance that mattered for me. And also I didn't have that much choice i had given cuet exam for msc in fst and there are only 3-4 central university which provide this course..out of these i was only eligible for 2 i.e., lucknow and Punjab as at other places there was eligibility issue since i had done my graduation from basic biology and they needed graduation in food science and technology as mandatory

Faculty is not that much broad. Scholars are under them . They also teaches some parts and lab work. Exams are conducted as semester system. You have 2 sessionals 1 assignment and theory and practical for every core subject

Yes bbau has gym with good machines and a trainer. Cafeteria is also present but it is temporarily closed. But you can get a tea stall and all in one store inside the campus. Xerox facility is also present there. College gate get closed after 8 for hostelites.
