- You get a good exposure to many cases here as people from different areas come here for expert opinions
Dislikes
- The events are not that on large scale , infact many times the events got cancelled
- In some departments, people get special treatment as per there buttering skills
- No official funding from college administration for events
Course Curriculum Overview
The patient exposure is really nice here We get to see many of the rare cases too Which will definitely help us when we'll be dealing with patients on our own But we have to study on our own generally And also due to the posting schedule and mandatory attendance we don't get much time for self study
Internships Opportunities
We get internship in the same college/hospital itself Although the stipend is really low Only 12000 per month But it's according to the UP government We have to complete our quotas in each dept to get no dues
Fees and Financial Aid
For the first year the fees was 56000 excluding the hostel fees For the upcoming years it was around 30-35k per year This fees was for general category For obc ,sc ,st , the fees was lesser The tuition fees was less for them I applied for the scholarship (defence) I got 36k yearly for that There is another scholarship program for which most students mostly applied was according to the economic status They were also getting approx 36k yearly
Campus Life
In the name of events we generally have freshers , farewell and rhapsody But the fund is collected generally from students only The college administration don't fund it There are many debate, poetry competitions The sports events take place early
Hostel Facilities
In girls hostel We got tripple seater room in first year Then double seater for second and third year Single room for final year And again double room for internship The fees is very affordable 3k per year The mess fees is not included in it The price of each diet in mess is 50rs Sometimes 60 Mess food is okayish
Admission
The reputation of the college is good It is one of the top colleges We got admission here through NEET UG exam You have to score good in it to get admission here We got much knowledge from here Even many people from other colleges come here for internship
Faculty
The faculty are very polite generally Some of the professors are really student friendly We can count on them anytime While some do partiality too for their favourite ones Exams are moderate We are prepared well by the faculty and residents before the exams especially for the practicals Mostly people pass the exams
Night Life
No nightlife in the college Boys hostel generally have no in timings But all the girls hostel has an in timing of 10pm After that you've to talk to warden or pay the fine There are few canteens here which are okayish Gym is in boys hostel only The central library is nice But the locality of the college which is chowk is not safe to roam around
