SNIST - Not just a college but an emotion!!

The exams are conducted twice as internals and one semester exam per semester. The exams are moderately difficult with levels depending on the subjects. Core subjects like Operating systems, Computer architecture, Computer Networks, Design analysis and algorithms, Software engineering, Database Management systems, Data warehousing and data mining, etc have relatively harder papers with in depth questions. The course or curriculum can be improved by adding frequent guest lectures and hands on learning instead of plain old classroom learning. There should be more practical approach.

The college offers placement support community which encourages students to apply for internships. The partner Internshala helps the students in finding internships in their preferred domains. All the students may choose among these opportunities.

The college offers in campus placements and internships. The average package is 8 lacs per annum and the highest package was 42 lacs per annum. Majority of the students opt for placements while some of them prepare for masters.

The fee structure is fixed and the tution fee is of 1,50,000 rupees per year that is 2 semesters. There are additional fees for semester examination which is of 1750 rupees per semester. The other fee includes uniform fee of 14,000 rupees which is a one time payment. Scholarships and rembursement is also available for special category students

There are many active clubs in the college. The most prestigious being IEEE and NSS. The other clubs include ISTE and Arts. There is a sports room and a big ground for volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, kho, etc.

Sreenidhi offers good faculty, curriculum and cultural events with a huge campus. The admission can be taken through Eamcet rank or Jee score. Cutoffs are based on the category and special category students even get scholarships

The faculty of the college are well experienced and friendly with the students. They encourage the students to involve in doubt clearing sessions. Very few of the faculty are arrogant and partial but this is very rare. There are 2 internal examinations and one semester exam per semester.

The college is located in the outskirts of Hyderabad. There are many hostels around the college. There are many food courts around these hostels. It is mostly safe till late hours also to roam freely.
