Course Curriculum Overview

5

Curriculum are organised and designed as to improve the speaking skills and confidence for every students which is the basic skills of a advocate or lawyer. There many clubs like litigium club, moot court club, pro bono club , legal aid club. Moot court competition are held every semester and they organise a special moot court competition for the freshers so that they can get a idea to compete with seniors . There are many debate competition in college or outside college. There are many opportunities for every student it's up to you how much you grasp them and perform because at the end they can only organise you have to participate.

Internships Opportunities

4

Companies like Amazon Wipro they give internship opportunity to all students. It is compulsory for every student to do internship after first semester. Many seniors have done internship in high court and district courts . So it is not that difficult.

Fees and Financial Aid

Ballb fee for 1 year is ?190000. It has increased for ?10000 in compare to the last year. The scholarship is based on your sports achievements and if you rank in clat exam between 2000 to 3000. One more scholarship is available if your father or mother is in defence then you can get a scholarship of 10 percent in the tuition fee.

Campus Life

5

Campus Life is great it's all green every where and the curriculum activities are organised according to Every month . The most famous sports event is organised in jlu school of law which is named as INFINITO . Where students and faculties participate in different sports what do ever they are interested games like outdoor football cricket volleyball basketball, indoor chess, pool ,table tennis Then they have fest organised for the whole college. Recently we had a fashion show participants were from many other colleges. Youth parliament is held British parliament is held . Moot court competition intra colleges . And many more festivals carnivals DJ nights .

Admission

I didn't applied for any other college. I found this College good and affordable because other good colleges demand high fees which are not affordable by a middle class family. The college is good management is great . Placement are good . Fees is less in compare to other good colleges. Overall I choose this College because it is a reputed college with affordable fees and good placements . Admission process is not complicated it's simple , there is seat lotment fee 35000 out of which 5000 is refundable than you have to pay the semester fee after applying the scholarship if you have opted . And more thing if your registration is not complete you can attend the class but the attendance is not marked . So keep in mind to pay the first semester fee when classes gets started.then you have to pay the fees every semester . Semester fee means half fee of the total.

Faculty

5

Like in my class there are approx 45 students. There six subjects in the course which are : History Political science Environmental studies English Law of torts Contract law And each subject have different faculty. Interaction between faculty and students is great when the classes are new faculties take time to recognise each and every student bust after few days they do recognise every student ,my opinion would be, that try to interact with the faculties from your side so it will become more easy for you and the faculty too. Now the exam pattern is not so complicated. There are mid sem exams which are of 40 marks . Than semester exam which are of 80 . And two assignments first one for mid sem than for semester.

Night Life

5

There is a gym inside college one swimming pool . There are two canteens one is near law building and one is near the pyramid building. Library is open till 8:00 pm . Students are not allowed to enter the campus after 5:30 pm. They can play games after classes . They can go to library. The hangout places are 4 to 5 km from the college because it is situated in a very green place which totally looks like a forest . It's looks amazing in rainy season.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course work with the relevence of semester wise. Curriculum are well prepared for the real world as we practice a lot for the same. There are no major changes need for the course but they should be more focused on acadmics rather than increasing strictness. Exams are moderate that neither difficult nor the esiest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are some extra curricular activities which are worth mentioning. There are debate competitions, rangoli competition, speech competition, sports activities (of name only) and some other activities as well. There is nothing in the collage which prepares you for real world. There are no interships, there is no court visit, but they sometimes invite local judges and members of judiciary to guide students. Students do not attend classes because they know that there is nothing to learn there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professors always tend to give the real world experience to us as it is very important in law field. The curriculum is not that impressive although it is okay for a new developing department considering it's still evolving . My decision to choose this course was because I like how we can fight and put opinions out loud in law rather than keeping it in our mind .
