Study in master of science in Acharya Nagarjuna University college of sciences

I'm very interested in the crime investigation and I like the forensic field as I'm very much interested in the drugs & narcotics field. Learning this course helps me practically to face the real world challenges as it is actually based on the real life world. The practical knowledge can be improved by taking us to some visits like autopsy, crime scene visit etc., Our exam timings is like 2 semesters, 4 mid terms, 2 internals & 2 externals per year

As we haven't been to internship yet, so we quite don't know about the stipend that is provided or the projects and tasks we will be doing. But we are given internship in the forensic science laboratories.

The yearly fee is 1,88,285/-. The admission fee is about 250/-. As for the scholarships the government deposits the fee into the students jojng account. But for the self support & management quota students there's no scholarship as they have to pay the complete fee by themselves. The yearly fee of the management & self support students for our course is 2,00,000/-. The yearly for general quota students is 46,600/- per year. They're also eligible for the scholarships by the government. Depending on performing the experiments in the laboratory the fee varies as they take it for the lab coat stitching & apparatus.

We have different events for various types of days like Independence Day, women's day etc., Different kinds of competitions are held during this time like elocution, singing, dancing etc., we also recently had youth fest in our college where students from various colleges participated. The central library is filled with number of books which helps in knowledge. We even have departmental games where we play with our team spirit for the team.

The department wise will be provided buildings and also every facility there will be own rooms and also class are very haigennic.there will be also provided laboratory equipment in the laboratory purpose.the hostel joining date will pay 10000 at first after that will provide 3 persons in a room.

I chose this college over other colleges because I'm more interested in forensic field and I want to pursue my career in the forensic field. I applied for Andhra Kesari University where I got admitted into college for the organic chemistry but as I'm very much interested in forensic science and there's only one government University which has forensic science course so I chose this university. To get admitted into the college we need to write the pgcer examination and based on the rank and category wise we get seat allotment when we apply for councilling where we chose the colleges we like to join. The cut-off marks vary depending on the category. Firsecuring our seat we should go to the college during the reportinv time and secure our admission by paying the admission fee and the college fee.

The faculty to student ratio of our class is 2:21. The faculty to student relationship is good. Their teaching method is also good for us to understand as they interact with the students & teach. But as they got some good job they had to leave the college which ledu us to a situation where we don't have faculty to teach us. We have a semester, 2 mid-terms, 1 internal lab & 1 external lab exams. It's not that they're easy or hard to pass, it's just that we just have to focus on the lecture and that's it we don't need to stress over the exams to pass them. Students don't fail the exams in our course because we are taught well in lecture.

This university provide gym centre and also multiple instruments on working the body.there are provided two canteen in the university inside locality . librery is very useful ful for all students learning study purpose and also group preparation materials provid. The university provide hostel but heavy rains session the buildings ground floors was drained due to the rains . hostel message food was good . The forensic science students not placements provide and also teaching faculty is less.
