Course Curriculum Overview

5

The faculty really impressed me so it made learning about psychology even fun and easy to understand They used to have activities based on the current topic so that students get a grip of it in reality Other than that of psychology the other faculties were a little dull so maybe that can change There are 4 exams along the year 2 unit tests and 2 semesters unit being mcq's and sem being for subjective briefings

Fees and Financial Aid

I had to pay ?2500 for the first 2 years and the will have to pay ?30000 for the third year with the tution fees included in the Had to pay the full fees as I fall in general category Plus paid ?200000 as donations for admission

Campus Life

5

There were annual fests held every year on abig scale all types of cultural events and talent shows happen There is a huge library with a great range for selections even a touchpad in the entrance so you know what is available inside All types of sports were there and even nation cadet training And various social clubs which the students enjoyed

Admission

After my 12th I applied to a few colleges including vaze kelkar and KJ somaiya but due to the seat system and the obc and st caste got the seats and here in KG Joshi I had to pay donations to the management for the admission there are no entrance exam for the course and the cutoff were 80-90% for general and 45% for reserve this is kind of injustice but couldn't help it

Faculty

5

The faculty and students relations are really very important and the faculty handles it quite well they are understanding and soft spoken plus deal with their respective subjects with excellence I personally loved the lady that used to teach us western philosophy she had a quite charming and calm personality used to be sweet to everyone even gave us extra time on the assignments some that I will always remember On the other hand the one that taught us indian philosophy was a real pain, he was rude to girls and boys alike never answered questions nicely wouldn't give enough notes for the exams and would always play egotistical Tge exam arrangements were quite nice everyone gave exams and passed with good marks

Night Life

5

There was Gym indoor games a big cafeteria a nescafe shack and a bhuge turf for football and cricket even a basketball court our college is really near to the Thane sports federation so rifle shooting and badminton were played there There are many spots to eat around the college famous being the mamledar misal

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculam is designed for all round development of the student and to make that person an expert in that field, these aspects influeneced me to choose it. Very well, with extra paper of real world application on each subject it ensures that we take something from the course and become industry ready The teachings methods and cirriculam are excellent I don't think any changes are required Exams are all year round, every month and are extremly difficult to deal with, as Xavier's bar is very high.
