Likes

i liked the environment of the college not many vehicles and polution at most extent fresh air and there are many trees , good greenery
very rich and good culture is preserved here and the campus is very beautifuland architecture is of 19th century
the ground and sports facilities are too good and they are top class

Dislikes

compare too other IITs this college lacks in many other things
the thing that i hated the most is open campus of this college
there are air conditioners in class rooms

Course Curriculum Overview

the course is very broad and designed very carefully and it is not that pressure making on the students and they focus on the pratical learning and skills development of the students and technical development

Internships Opportunities

internship opportunities are too good and many big companies offer good money for important roles in their companies.last academic year average stipend given to interns was about 80000 per month. and about 77 internships were given to students in mechanical students.

Placement Experience

tremendous placements even better than top tier colleges of the great india , the students are eligible for campus placements from 7 th semester here are visited more than 300 companies per year the highest offered here is more than 1 crore

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee for 1 year is approximately 210000 rupees and there isless fee for sc and st candidates and the admission is 30000 and it is taken at the time of josaa councelling and the tution fees of sc and st canditates is zero

Campus Life

the overall experience of my college life is very good , and i made new friends and we enjoyed a lot here we explored many places here . In recent days we visited many restaurents . I learned many new things and also developed my personalities

Hostel Facilities

the room size is perfect for three people and hostel averall is very big that you can roam around visiting your friends room and the mess food is too good in taste, infact it is very hygenic and quantity of food is more than sufficient

Hostel Fee: INR 8000 per year

Admission

I chose this college over colleges becuase of good packages and getting a good branch with very low pressure on students and the labs and equipments and machines and good professors . the college itself is different from any other college in india

Faculty

the faculty to student ratio is average cause here are many students around 4000, and some faculty has good interaction with the sudents and some have average and some has bad interaction i liked debdas sir and akhilendra sir i liked almost all the faculties there are total 6 exams in one semester and 8 subjects

Night Life

my favourite sports is table tennis currently and i have developed good skills and i have enjoyed playing it a lot . I go to gym daily infact after swimming its my one of the favourite hobby in recent days because this college

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
