Faculty has a great knowledge and friendly
College infrastructure will be nice and good lab facilities and all
College has a different clubs we can join in any of them and NCC , NSS also will be. And library is great thing about my college

Dislikes

The journey from my home town is more than 24 hours i am from Andhra Pradesh
Intially some communication problem with locals
Hostel food is full of tamilnadu style I can't like it more

Course Curriculum Overview

I will be giving five as the rating. Because courses will be changed upon the latest technology's and basic courses are mandatory. And industry courses are also will come into the picture and it depends upon the course only.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

Basically, i am from the ece department which means core in my college software companies are coming alot and then I am interested in core .here in my college there is less placements in core companies. I have a plan to do 6 months embedded systems course after completion of my final year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution Fees for one semester are 30k Then for the year 60k And miscellaneous fees will be 10k , every year we need to pay Total one-year fee is 70k only tution fees Hostel fees are 65k to 90k will be it depends upon our comfort.

Campus Life

The overall experience is good. When compare to other colleges it will be low. Culture is different and infrastructure is good And the campus life is normal only don't expect a lot from our college. it will be good only

Admission

This college is surrounded by cool mountains and it nearest to the Kerala and some of the tourist places, basically I like traveling and the fees also is very low when compare to many of the colleges

Faculty

Faculty was very good and friendly Exam pattern is that of for theory and pratical paper They are two mid exams in the course each caries 17.5 % weightage and then 5 % lab records and 10% mid semester lab exam which contain half of the experiments in our course , and 15 % of end semester lab exam and finally 35%end semester theory exam . And exam structure mainly depends upon course and the course teacher. It may varies.

Night Life

Late night our college is not allowed for outings at late nights only sundas but wee need to.come before 5'0 clock with parent permission only you need to going for outing without permission from parent you can't allowed

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

The course curriculum is good...but it is better to have present skills to be learnt ...it is all university fixed curriculum that cannot be changed otherwise all were good to know about basics and good sib knowledge

Aspects Of College

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

Average College Experience at Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college is good. Average salary package is 5LPA. Companies like Amazon, JPmorgan, Virtusa, Accenture, HCL, Valeo, TCS and other major companies hire many students here. I heard more than 90% students were placed.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements in our college usually start from 6th semester. Students are regulary trained for placements from the 1st year both in aptitude and coding skills. Certain branch students receive training specifiically in their own field Most of the students get placed in IT-service based companies like TCS,CTS,Infosys and Accenture. In recent years students have got placed for Marquee offers in big prodcut based comapnies like Autodesk, Amazon, MIcrosoft and Goldman Sachs.

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

I choose this college because compare to other colleges I applied, here the curriculum and faculty felt more relavent for my future goals. I also applied in 2 other colleges but either cutoff was too high or I miss in interview stage, so couldn’t get seat. Admission process here was simple, they accept main entrance exam score and merit list, eligibility was 12th pass with required 80% in PCM. Cutoff was decent compare to top colleges, so I got chance. I had applied to many colleges but I had came to this college.because if you all other universities or colleges they have their own entrance tests but I you even pass them they don't even give scholarships.but here they don't have any entrance exams but they give scholarships for every one based on 12th marks.in this college less fees compared to other colleges.the teaching will good here.faculty ratio is more compared to other colleges....Read More

About My University

As of now compare to other colleges the fee structure is pretty affordable and and middle class people can afford for their ward and apart from every one has provided scholarships according to their marks criteria and a special scholarship for sports quota people where they were encouraged pretty enough.
