Course Curriculum Overview

It is a very good course which helped alott and the curriculum was also very good in the university and the environment of the university is like good and I enjoy going to the university and the events

There is a pretty good placements in the university which offers a good lpa and many companies will come over to gitam for the interview and all over all the placements was good it will starts in the last sem

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly it is 1lakh 60000 Bus fee is 50000 per annum I don't have any scholarship It's a very good college and which is having ACCA my friends also there in this course I'm enjoying alot with them in college

Campus Life

Campus Life is very good with the events and the studies and friends chilling out with the friends I make many new friends in the college and over all it is again a good campus Life which is with greenary

Admission

I applied in ICFAI because I'm not sure to do bba and bcom so I applied in ICFAI also my admission got confirmed but at the last minute I chosed this university because of the ACCA thing in the college

Faculty

They are very good and there is equal ratio of students and faculty in the university of gitam Hyderabad I never saw the faculty being harsh some are too good faculty who helps in guiding for the masters and all

Night Life

Night life in the campus was looks like a very good experience because we stayed many times for the events it looks amazing to look at the night life of the university it blows with the lights and the cc cameras

Placement Experience:

Placement record is pretty good. The criteria for a placement is to have no active backlogs. The students become eligible fir placements from the 5th semester. Many big companies have visited the college like Deloitte, EY, Accenture etc. The highest package at out college was nearly at 11 lakhs per annum. Average package would 3-6 lpa.

I chose Bcom Honours to get ready for the future employment and training .I spoke to a career counselor who advised this course to me The curriculum prepares me very well as it contains every part of management which is done in employment. The teaching method can be changed alot ,but the course curriculum can be made more practical as similar to the workplace. The timing and frequency of exams is good ,every semester exam comes in 4-6 months

My college life

Placement Experience:

We have placements and some good companies come in to hire freshers. From 3rd semester students get eligible for internships and in 5th sem you're eligible for placements if you have no backlog and attendance percentage of 75%. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, Amazon and many companies have visited our campus for placements. Highest package was 7.5 lac which was for marketing. My plans after degree are to work for a year in a good firm and then go for MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was a science student before and I don't want to continue with my BTech or any other courses or I didn't wanted to continue in science so my brother suggestion me to choose BCom computer applications which could be very helpful in future. Currently I am pursuing B.com computer application and also preparing for some competitive exams so I think if I won't be able to clear community exams I will still be able to get my degree and get a job with 10 lakh per annum job. No need of any improvements in the course but I still want the faculty is to be more good with the students and teach each and everything a student can use in his or her life

There are placements prvided by our college. They claim to give 98 percent placements but the process is a bit hard. So there are 2 exams of aptitude conducted by college before we can even get in. So after we pass both the exams we will be trained and sent for interviews.
