MNIT Jaipur: An amazing experience.

The curriculum structure of college is good. It makes you a perfect engineer and you learn various aspects of engineering. Teaching methods of faculties are also very nice. The timings of exams are good as there are only two major exams per semester.

Tuition fees is approx 20,000 per semester or you can say 40,000 per year. Admission fees is approx 65k that you have to pay at the time of admission. Hostel fees is approx 64k per year or two semesters. Scholarships are given based on your caste certificate and annual family incomes. For SC/ST students admission fees is 0. Tution fee remains same for all 8 semesters.

There are many events organized at different intervels. The biggest technical fest of Rajasthan held here every year at the month of November. And the biggest cultural fest of Rajasthan also held here every year at the month of February. Alongside this, there are Malviya sports tournaments, Inter Branch Sports tournaments, inter nit sports tournaments also. The library of MNIT Jaipur is very big. There are approx 1 lakh books available here. The classrooms are also well designed and very big. Provided with two projecter boards and 1 big black board. Around 150 students can sit there. There are many social groups and club here like dancing club, music culb, singing club, media club, press club, entrepreneur club etc. You can join them based on your interest.

I didn't apply for other colleges. I choose this college for its national significance as it is a National Institute of Technology. Since I didn't apply for other colleges so I didn't get rejection from other colleges. Admission process is quite simple. You have to clear JEE mains exams with good marks and rank. If you score above 150 in JEE mains and secured your rank under 15000, you definitely get higher branch of engineering in this college.

Faculty to student ratio is very good here. It is 20 students per faculty. The relationship of faculty to student also very good. Faculties are friendly here and you can approach them at their office or you can directly call them. I almost like every faculty of our college. There are two exams per semester. Mid term exam and end term exam. Mid term conducted at the mid of semester. End term conducted at the end of semester. The difficulty of exams are moderate. 4 to 5 percent students fail to clear the exams.

There is a big gym where all types of equipment are provided. You can go there and do excercise there daily except Sunday.. There is a central canteen where you can have your lunch and snacks. All types of vegetarian food available there. Library is also very book. You can find all types of book there. Over 1 lakhs books available there. Hostel life at mnit Jaipur is amazing. There is no timings for boys hostel. For girls hostel it is 6 AM to 10 PM. You may find various hangout places inside the college like PMC, oat, cc, ground, etc as wells as outside like patrika gate, satkar market, saras parlour etc. The locality is safe to roam around at night. There is Malviya Nagar police station right behind the campus.
