Likes

The semester exams are held in a strict manner and although not dated properly it is held properly
Social interaction. Helps us Socialize with more of our batchmates and friends and this college is definitely a place for it

Dislikes

The surrounding campus can be disturbing sometimes
Exams results are announced very late hindering us in taking scholarships and updating our current examination status

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculums needs more pro active courses and Less bookish knowledge every course even yoga might be held like a textbook study i hope the college engages the student in more social and. Active activities that help us with our communication skill

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 4560 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For every semester it is about 7,000 in total with exam registration and semester course fee for me i take statistics as my general elective I have a batchmate that takes physical education and his free reaches upto 11,000

Campus Life

The campus life is very enjoyable and fun while the club activites might be somewhat inactive . There are many organisations for students that helps us in aiding about information required to have a good experience in our college

Admission

The eligibility seemed same but i was told about rumours going on about the college thar sometimes exams might not be held regularly and lack of classes held in betweeen seasons . The admission was fast and easy with this college as it had a time specific counselling

Faculty

We have atleast 5 faculty members in ratio to 20 students in our batch. We like almost all of the faculty members as they are very intiative and. Give suggestions on daily basis that are required to help us ace the exams

Night Life

I dont really stay in the hostel of our college but i know there are many active grounds for football and crickets do its somewhat active and every engaging at night . Thau ground is one of the most famous grounds where footballs tournaments are held every year

Good college in Manipur

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this computer science course because I like computer and someday I want to work in tech company. For improvement, i would like to suggest that while teaching programming they should teach in front of system to understand more and so we can even improved more rather than in class .

Its average.. My college life reviews

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to took zoology because of man's nature and i want to know more about it. Ut include the physiology of mammals, reptiles, birds& amphibians too. The curriculum prepares me well for the real world as it is all about humans nature and our environment issue. I understand that it will lead me to great future of pursuing further degree and make my own name from it. My department need no improvements as it is all improved and requires none accept for the environmental situation but others are well equipped and well access by us. The teaching methods vary as some teacher teaches us using digital board while some in normal whote or black boards and they make sure we understand what they're teaching and provides us running notes or other pdf notes. The frequency and timing of exam is okay based on the difficulty level. They have great teacher with good knowledge and providing the required time or need for the students

Remarks:

It's the best college in Imphal.The environment of the college is charming to look at. Though the infrastructure is not so good, the faculty members are well trained and experienced one. Respective science department is well equipped with the required equipments which no other college in Imphal have. It has ATM Booth in the campus and also has two- three canteen inside the campus. It's proximity with my home is another factor. I opted science as I love this subject.

Good College But could be better

The admission process is quite good in Masters and is all based on merit of the students but I think the process could be more transparent on Bachelors as there is some form of corruption during the admission. One can get application form from the Administative block by paying a fee of 500 which is now done online. People from OBC, SC and ST can also gets benifits during admission....Read More

What I like and dislike about my college

For the admission eligibility we have to pass out from 12 and if we got high percentage, the chance of getting selected is higher. So i we want to take science we have to take science from class 11 and 12 and if we take arts at 11 and 12 we cannot get admitted to science, but we can choose arts if we take science in 11 and 12. The process ia very simple first we have to fill up the form and they will set date for the entrance test and after that they will call for councelling and that it. For the marks the 60percent in 12 can get selected. And for the things i dont like is that they dont set the no. of students for the counselling and they call all the students in one day and only halve students can get councelling and the remsining they have to come another day set buy the college...Read More
