Campus: it has great environment and so many trees to relax.
Great teacher and help us to improved and understand better.

Dislikes

That the road is not well made. When it rain, it so muddy and can't walk around.
The class or the campus is not well clean. It has lot of grass and weed.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this computer science course because I like computer and someday I want to work in tech company. For improvement, i would like to suggest that while teaching programming they should teach in front of system to understand more and so we can even improved more rather than in class .

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 5060 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to pay around 5000 for admission with income certificate and without income certificate it's around 6000. And there is not any merit scholarships provided by college. And for registration fee it's 200.

Campus Life

At October, there is held a university week for all Dhanamanjuri University. And at around December, there is college week. In library, there is plenty of books but some are outdated and they even don't update new books. There is playground, swimming pool and many other facilities for sports and extracurricular activities. There is no any clubs.

Admission

I choose this college because it's one of the best and oldest college in manipur. i don't apply for other colleges. For admission process, we submit our application and then we take an selection examination. And select merit students only 800. And we get even counseling session

Faculty

There is one semester exam and some other internal exam . Well, the question is so hard. Around half of the students fail to clear the exams. The exams is so strict and we'll manage by authorities. About marking scheme, for honours papers it's 100 marks and GE paper 60 and AECC paper 50

Good and affordable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college provides various curriculum activities such as debate, speech and many other. The students are offered to go for education exchange to other colleges. They are given various opportunities to interact with other people of the same field to have more wider knowledge about the course. The course curriculum can be more improved if the college proves for practical equipments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very much in the study of living organisms which lead to my decision of choosing the subject of zoology as my honours subject. The course not only teaches us about the living organisms existing today but also the ones that once existed on this planet. We also learned about how this organisms evolved to be the ones we are seeing today. It is also a mixture of history and geography to get this accurate rate of evolution for every species and organisms living today. I would like to suggest a new training system for the teachers to improve their overall knowledge of other related topics including in the study of zoology like history and geography, not only the core subjects. The timing and frequency of exams are reasonable and also let us have suffice time to prepare ourselves for the examination.

Functions are held occasionally, they say they are more focused on academics and sports rather than festivities, but I think they don't have enough funds for that we have ncc programs, gyms, a badminton court, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I find keen interest in plants and this helps me to decide in taking up this course.I admire people who loves nature and taking up this course makes me feel iam connected to nature and it helps me to understand the design of nature. I also have a keen interest in keeping our environment clean and also I love animals. We not only learn theoretically but we also learn practically n saw with our own eyes how well design the nature is.science is all about studying facts. Our college conducts test all the time and it help us to learn about in which topic we are lacking and help us to work better on ourself.

review of Computer science department at Moirang College, Manipur University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bachlo of Science in Computer Science Honors because of the current computer trends in the market. Computer department has all sorts of things that are needed pursuing the course. The labs are there. Digital class also there. Students are quite low compared to the other department. we have like 30 students present in our semester. If you interested in the Computer science then you just need to passed 12th from science stream. All six are ready to be there for the students. Only the students seem negligence in the department. Class test are conducted regularly, and there is 2 exam in a year. Judging from the paper its something that can't pass the exam without preparing.

Good College But could be better

The admission process is quite good in Masters and is all based on merit of the students but I think the process could be more transparent on Bachelors as there is some form of corruption during the admission. One can get application form from the Administative block by paying a fee of 500 which is now done online. People from OBC, SC and ST can also gets benifits during admission....Read More

What I like and dislike about my college

For the admission eligibility we have to pass out from 12 and if we got high percentage, the chance of getting selected is higher. So i we want to take science we have to take science from class 11 and 12 and if we take arts at 11 and 12 we cannot get admitted to science, but we can choose arts if we take science in 11 and 12. The process ia very simple first we have to fill up the form and they will set date for the entrance test and after that they will call for councelling and that it. For the marks the 60percent in 12 can get selected. And for the things i dont like is that they dont set the no. of students for the counselling and they call all the students in one day and only halve students can get councelling and the remsining they have to come another day set buy the college...Read More
